We stayed for a week. Very nice room with a lovely sea view. The staff were very kind and professional, we loved the beach and the staff were very friendly

Awful experience at the very first day.. I booked a family room. I waited too long time with my kids after 5 hours driving. they gave me the room exactly at 15:00, not fully cleaned. the staff was very cold, very very bad service. I have 1 yo child, so I needed kettle, we had 2, both were dirty, we couldn't clean them, so I requested to replace one of them. after 3 hours I asked again, and then I lost hope. eventually they changed it, but it was too late. They dont have espresso machines. The ridiculous and fun part was when we ate snacks at the lobby, one of the staff came and asked us to quit. I asked for the reason, he just said thats the rules, you can order from the bar but you can't eat your own. Not recommend, save your money. No beach, you have to walk at least 10 minutes. Save your money

Dining at Zenya Restaurant was great and cozy, located inside the hotel, the drinks were delicious. Special thanks to Retaj, she is kind and friendly, Also Saleh who was very helpful and kind. I will be returning to Westian for sure

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for the exceptional hospitality and outstanding service we received during our stay from July 30 to August 2, 2025. It was our first experience at your esteemed hotel, and it certainly exceeded our expectations. A special thanks goes to Ms. Dana at the reception, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Each of our group members staying in rooms 226, 228, 339, 436, and 448 felt like a truly valued guest thanks to her thoughtful and personal touch. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience. I would like to thank Mr. Ragheb for his excellent service and professional demeanor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and everything exceeded our expectations. It is a truly beautiful hotel. I'd like to thank Chef Ricardo for his exceptional service and for the delicious dessert dishes. He's truly an artist, and the breakfast service was absolutely wonderful. I'd also like to thank Chef Mohammed; he was wonderful too.
