the call center in Egypt were very rude hang up on me , the second call to confirm reservation they are unhelpful and took them 18 min to confirm simple thing they kept me on hold for simple thing, they were unhelpful without any knowledge about hotel booking and rooms one of our rooms 631 a/c was not working very disappointed with hilton this time to be fair, the reception disk T HILTON aqaba were very nice and helpful and tried to compensate us

It is worth considering: in winter the swimming pools are open until sunset, there is an indoor jacuzzi and baths (separate for men and women; open until 23:00).
