This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. As a Hilton diamond member, we were upgraded, and the 2 bedroom villa had to be one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The decor throughout the hotel and room was stunning. Special mention of Nicholas at check in who was very helpful and joyful. Also special mention of Kate from the kids playroom (which also is so thoughtful). Kate was very pleasant and friendly with the children. The breakfast spread included with our diamond benefit was so generous. Each and every dish was so flavorful, and the portions are huge, so much so that we had to order less to not waste food. The service at the restaurant was so friendly and professional. We had an incident happen in the room the night before we left, and the hotel manager waited in the morning at the front desk to personally apologize to me for the incident and contacted the manager at the next hotel I was going to (owned by the same owner) to make sure we are taken care of. Truly 5 star service. Also very conveniently located to Villagio mall, Aspire park, and Downtown food park.

The service is absolutely horrible. The staff took 2 HOURS just to bring my stuff to my room. They are extremely unprofessional and uncooperative I tried to contact the front desk from 3 different phones and they didn’t answer for an hour and more. The staff was really unprofessional and then an employee tried to sort the situation but tried to put the blame on us and accused us of giving the reception “the wrong room number” what kind of hotel is this??? We needed important medicine for my sister and she needed to take it at a specific time. This really goes to show you that the hotel really does not care enough about the wellbeing of the people staying at the hotel. If someone from the reception answered immediately this issue wouldn’t be as big. I could’ve taken this to court because this is unacceptable.

We had a fantastic experience at the Kids Club, thanks to Cate! She was absolutely wonderful—always smiling, friendly, and incredibly helpful with our children. She made sure they were engaged, happy, and well taken care of throughout their time there. Cate’s kindness and warm personality truly made a difference, and we appreciate all her efforts. Our kids loved every moment with her! Thank you, Cate, for making their experience so special. We highly recommend the Kids Club and look forward to visiting again!
