The lower level has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and large entertainment room with bar. The only way to go from 1st to 2nd level is an exterior staircase that is in pictures. Unfortunately there is not a staircase inside the house. The pool table and dart board are usually good to play around on but not in great condition and sticks and darts may not be usable if damaged I am trying to keep them available for play.
