"They said they had not received the card and had already been charged.
So I stayed up for more than an hour until someone more wise sent me in to then resolve with Trip.
Then they gave me a room whose window opened in front of a wall, a huge hotel, I went to ask for a change, and the receptionist told me that it was the trip room that another would have to pay.
I found it very gross."

"This time I chose this hotel! Its location is super convenient, eating, drinking and playing around, travel is easy and worry-free.
