Terrible stay for two consecutive night power is cut-off at midnight. Can you imagine no electricity untill next morning. You have to walk long way from car parking, food is terrible at restaurants. Oh my God I was in Africa

Lovely location but kids club is not great. Interconnecting rooms were lovely and daily cleaning brilliant. Food options great for seafood but not for picky eaters that prefer chicken options

One of the most awful experiences I've ever had in a hotel. We had a reservation for the Arbatax Park Resort Ville del Parco, who happens to be a tacky amusement park badly maintained. The Arbatax Park Resort Ville del Parco, was awfully maintain, overcrowded, we walked around for 30 min, ate a disgusting sandwich in one of their bars and asked to leave. We asked for a refund, and the manager offered us to be moved to a quiet location in the resort. We accepted to go to Monte Turri, because in comparison to Arbatax Park Resort Ville del Parco was much quieter. To our surprise at night, the hotel was almost empty and dismantled. The swimming pool was poorly maintained and of debris. The room was ok, but the airco did not work properly and we had broken towels in the room. The internet wifi was non-existent. We ask to go to the beach, and to our surprise, we had to walk a mountain down for 20 min to realize there was no beach but an almost abandoned and extremely bad maintained metal platform on top of rocks. It was closed to access. We wanted to have dinner in the hotel restaurant, but unfortunately, we could not because it was not operative, so we were redirected to the tacky resort down us to have dinner in an open buffet, with ok food but overpriced. The same night, we asked for a refund of the pending night, because we were checking out the morning after. Then, a corporate set of moves started, between people who did not know, people who were not available to speak with us, or will contact us afterwards. We checked out without an answer, and we received WhatsApp messages afterwards refusing to refund us, when the day before they offered us a full refund if we did not like it. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Little bungalow next to the beach immersed in the nature. Very nice and friendly staff. Good choice of food

This is a resort that is separated from any community it is in. Assuming you drive there, you are then separated from your car by a 15 minute walk - getting away during your stay is tough. The rooms are actually small separate houses like a holiday village and are very nice. Mine had a view of the stunning coast we were on. The place is enormous and has many places to eat. I would imagine you really want at least half board which I did not have. It has the feel of a theme park and so would suit those that like that sort of thing. It is also is heavily forested and has a large nature park which give it a Jurassic park type feel which is great if that is your thing.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The place has once apon s time been good, but the place is not maintained properly, outdated rooms, ants in our bedroom, various issues with safe, toilet, shower, etc. when we complained and wanted a new room, the hotel manager Vivienne said it was normal for a park resort to expect ants in bedroom. My dauther had varoius bites on her legs from the aunts. The managers are rude, not helpful, and do not look after the customers. The drivers that take your luggage to the room are great, very helpful and very attentive - maybe better suited for customer service than the managers themselves! The food and drink was rarely good. No fresh fruit at breakfast, as is expected in a place like this. The drinks in the restaurant was awful (white and red wine on tap), and no option to buy a decent bottle. There are lots of walking between the beach, accomodation, pool and restaurants. If you have issues walking hills, absolutely not for you. One thing that was very good on the resort is the private beach. It is spacious, beds are far apart, and swimming is great. Overall, don’t come here, find a place on the south, west, or north, it is nothing to do outside the resort, and far to travel anywhere. Managers are not helpful when you have issues, and threating you very badly.

Disappointing Food and Room Quality, Not Up to 4-Star Standards We arrived at the resort on the 26th and are due to leave on the 1st. We chose the full board option, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable family holiday. The location is beautiful, and the swimming pools and beach are decent, but that’s about where the positives end. The rooms are in dire need of improvement; they feel outdated and not up to the standard you would expect from a 4-star hotel. However, the biggest letdown is the food. The buffet is extremely limited, especially for children. Despite being in Italy, there is no pizza available unless you pay extra, which is disappointing given that it’s a staple in Italian cuisine. While pasta is always present, there are no other child-friendly options like chicken or basic dishes suitable for kids. There’s a juice dispenser available only at breakfast, but nothing similar is provided during lunch or dinner—not even fresh orange juice. It feels like the hotel is cutting corners, which is unacceptable given the full board package we paid for. I was really looking forward to this holiday, but the food quality and room standards have been a major letdown. I expected much better from a4star resort.

My stay would be perfect if the reception team was more cooperative, we spend 20 minutes for check in because one of the receptionists insisted that the confirmation should be as a pdf format although I have confirmation number. And on checkout, I needed to check out in early morning due to my flight time, but no one was there at the reception although I was told it is open 24/7. Some of the workers there kindly called someone to come after waiting for 15 minutes. I think it would be a lot more helpful to sort out these little things. Everything else was perfect. The food, the pools and the beach and the other staffs were all great.

Excellent location, value for money, like many other activities on offer, could be improved. The nature park is beautiful.
