Best Western Arcata Inn

The staff and service at this hotel were great. I really appreciate it them and what they try to do. My only complaint was the carpet was a little bit dirty in the room. And there seems to be a lot of homelessness in the neighborhood of this hotel and the ones near it. That's not something they can help and in fact they're being compassionate I think with the people which I think is great. But it does make you feel a little unsafe at times.

Good clean property with a great breakfast. The room was ok and the bathroom was just terrible. One person could barely fit inside it. Had to request housecleaning for lotion etc.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and when I told the front desk about it, I was blown off. Was told that they would reset the router which they never did. The woman working the front desk made it pretty clear that she couldn’t be bothered to help me with the issue.

Very nice place to stay, in a so-so part of town. Clean rooms, hot tub and pool. Places to eat and get good coffee nearby. Unfortunately, our room was on the first floor and right above us was a room with a Jacuzzi tub that the folks in that room decided to use at 11:00 at night. It was horrible, noisy, and the staff could do little to make them stop. Just as I was putting on my clothes to pound on their door they finally turned the damn thing off. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Staff was very helpful, room was clean and quiet even though next to the freeway. Plenty of parking including for oversized vehicles. Right across the street from the Tesla superchargers which is why I chose this hotel.

The staff was awesome, room was very clean and breakfast was awesome. We stayed two nights. About a 1/2 hour drive to the redwoods.

Excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. I will stay here again!
