"We went in may, so there were not that many other tourists, so that might have affected our experience. But we found the hotel to be very nice, calm, and cosy. Room and other hotel areas were simply decorated, almost scandinavian simple, but they were clean and nice. The hotel has its own beach bed area with Sauna and Jacuzzi, and the sauna is very good (as a Finn I know a thing or two about saunas). Lake garda beach is right next to the hotel, and the views of the lake are gorgeous, and available right from the Restaurant, bar, and most rooms. Breakfast is very good, has a lot of options (like staff made omelets, different croissants with fillings etc) - we didnt try the restaurant for lunch/dinner, so we dont know about that. Two different small towns are nearby, and the hotel has bikes available for free so going to town is easy. Staff was nice and spoke good english. They provided good tips for nearby restaurants and offered to book us tables too. Extra bonus for having luggage scale for loan."

"I stayed in this property with my girlfriend during the Christmas period so as to be able to visit the markets of Arco and Riva del Garda (given the proximity between the two locations). The structure has some small flaws, but it was certainly not a negative experience. The breakfast was much appreciated where my girlfriend who is celiac was able to have an excellent breakfast as there was everything she needed! The price was in line with what we had in terms of services, location, etc. I like to give scores, in 4 Hotel style: - Location: 7/10 - Room: 7/10 - Services: 8/10 - Catering/breakfast: 9/10 - Bill: 8/10 It is certainly a structure worth trying in summer for sports/outdoor activity enthusiasts!"

"The structure appears to tourists from the outside as elegant, well-kept and well-maintained, the internal parking proved to be very convenient. Just a short walk from the centre, the luxurious hotel offers a great location. The staff is very friendly, kind and nice with great attention to the smallest details. Furthermore, it is possible to enjoy the swimming pool and wellness area (sauna and Turkish bath) in total relaxation by booking your preferred time slot. Abundant breakfast, full of high quality typical products of the area. Absolutely recommended!"

"Very nice Hotel in an old Monastery. Nice location, but also a few problems. During our stay, there was a group of 10-15 people at the restaurant and next day at the pool.. drinking and celebrating. Together with the crying babies, we could not find the quiet monastery and SPA spirit. Further, they have only a few sunbeds with mattress (and more sunbeds without). So, people reserve their sunbeds early in the morning similar as in Mallorca. Finally, the service could be more attentive. When we checked in (two men), we got a male and a female bathrobe/ slippers. Not sure why. The staff is very friendly!"
