The poor score is not because there was anything in particular wrong with the rooms, but I was not offered what was on the website. I booked a double room. The website also promised WiFi and a reduction on food at the onsite restaurant. When I got there it was a twin room (no problem), but I was told the restaurant was completely closed (still manageable) but as I had the last available room, it was far from the reception and the WiFi wouldn't work. Actually the lady on reception really tried to help and offered a mobile to hotspot from, but I had work to do, and I just needed everything to work - too many things wrong so I made the decision to go elsewhere.
