Extra service, you can ask the hotel staff to heat up the food you pack for lunch at night. They will also provide knives and forks, as well as paper towels. "A charming boutique hotel. We had one of the garden rooms which is a lovely setting. Big and comfortable beds. Ignore the reference to small room-size - the rooms are spacious enough, and while the bathroom is tiny, it's well-appointed and perfectly functional. And the hot shower is awesome! Lo-Lo, the 45 year old tortoise, is a delightful addition to the garden. She can move fast when she is hungry! The service and customer care was authentic and 24 hours. They looked after us enthusiastically. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace gave sweeping views with fresh cooked frittatas and hot cakes. The location is very central to the historical barrio."
