"I was quite disappointed because of the water temperature in the indoor pool and because of the ambient temperature in the pool area it was cold, on the first day I arrived I went to reception and said that the water temperature was very very cold they said that the water temperature was 28 degrees within the legal norm, as I have a brother who is a swimming pool technician, I contacted him and asked, what temperature did an indoor leisure pool have to have, like the hotel has, he told me it had to be above 31 degrees and the children's pool was still at highest temperature, something that wasn't there is that temperature in the water was 28 degrees and for a competition pool and that pool is for leisure. In conversation with more customers, they had all complained and did nothing. When the maintenance technician goes to the pool to measure temperatures, customers ask what the water temperature is? When he says it's 27 degrees in the morning and in the afternoon on another trip we ask again and he says it's 27 degrees the same as in the morning and that it wasn't even 28 degrees... I went with my wife who is pregnant And with my son, I and I can't even go to the pool, just boys for a while. On the last day before leaving, at the reception they asked how it went, I said what had happened, they said again that it was 28 degrees, I said that something was not right and the technician's thermometer showed 27 degrees and the man who was answering was silent. And at the entrance it is posted that the temperature is 33 degrees, which does not correspond to reality. Before booking, I called to ask if the water was hot and they said it was very warm. I was disappointed with this stay."
