I recently stayed at diana palace and overall had a lovely experience! They have a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff who were always helpful and polite ! The rooms were clean , spacious , and well- maintained with comfortable beds and good amenities The location is excellent—close to shops, restaurants and just short walk from the beach The pool area is fantastic, very relaxing What really stood out was the service . The staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel home. I’d definitely recommend Diana palace for a relaxing holiday, especially for famillies or couples looking for a peaceful getaway!

We stayed at Diana Palace for five days in September and enjoyed every moment. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help. The hotel’s two pools were spotless and ideal for both relaxation and entertainment. The spa was an experience in itself! We tried aromatherapy and the sauna, and it truly felt like visiting a luxury wellness center. The quality of service was outstanding, and the feeling of relaxation after the treatments was priceless. The food at Nonas restaurant was simply amazing. The chef creates dishes that stand out both taste and presentation. Special mention goes to the dessert, which was the perfect ending to a wonderful dining experience. We will definitely return!

We chose Diana Palace for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect decision! Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of champagne and fresh fruits in our room, a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. The spa was the real highlight! We tried a couple relaxing massage and left feeling rejuvenated. The atmosphere was serene, with soft music and enchanting aromas. The staff was professional and eager to recommend the best treatments. Dinner at Nonas, the hotel’s a la carte restaurant was amazing. The flavors were unique with creative touches. The Greek night was a night to remember! We are definitely going back!

Diana palace left us with the best impressions from the moment we arrived, the staft welcomed us with a smile and made us feel like home. our room was spotless and very comfortable.the two pools are fantastic ,offering options for both relaxation and fun.the food was excelent,with a variety that satisfies every taste. a hotel worth every penny!

We stayed at Diana Palace for a week in October and had the fantastic time! The hotel is beautiful with well-maintained spaces and friendly staff. The large central pool was our favorite spot, while the smaller one near the road offered a quieter atmosphere. We choose a room with a private pool, totally worth it! The food was excellent, with a great variety. Eleni who doing the daytime activities is brilliant and kids loved her! We will definitely come back!

Booked this hotel last minute What a wonderful holiday experience Great hospitality free upgrade from the hotel manager.👌 all Staff work very hard Both Stafis and Banos, at both the poolside bars were amazing and very friendly 🙏 Great food would definitely recommend this place. Eleanor was great with the all day games especially the waterpolo. just wonderful people. Looking forward to seeing you all again. thanks again Diana palace for a wonderful holiday experience my family loved it.

Arrived at the Diana Palace hotel late evening and was greeted by the receptionist with a hello , fill out forms it's €7 per night room tax your room is upstairs. As we opened the door the heat was unreal in the room no air conditioning had been put on. The room was so dated it was like the 80s and the view well what view of the restaurant next door , broken sun beds and old lilos. All beds had head boards except one but a pillow against the wall up against a broken plug socket where you could see wires 2 dodge lamps that made electrical noises when you touched the switch... Not a great first impression. I went to reception to tell them I was not happy with the room and that I needed air conditioning turned on and that my travel agency had emailed 2 weeks prior for a room with a view , I was told it's €10 a night for air conditioning and it's free at certain times of the day and that we are fully booked and that's my room. Some of the hotel is definitely 4 star like swim up room and superior room, family rooms are like a 2 star so dated and falling apart ( spoken to loads of families and they all said the same) . The rest of the hotel was ok around pool was painted to the paint flaked of onto your feet, the pool made your swimsuits yellow and had yellow scum around the edges. The only thing going for this hotel is the animation team , restaurant staff and the bar staff . Food and drinks where ok but I've had better. I definitely wouldn't come back

We had a wonderful holiday at Diana Palace. I was nervous coming on a family holiday abroad as our last experience wasn’t a good one. Thankfully our stay at Diana Palace was lovely. The bar staff were kind and welcoming. All staff worked extremely hard. The hotel was spotless everywhere. The concierge advised us carefully and considerately with trips and places to visit. The food was delicious and plenty of choice. Especially as I have allergies and am also a vegetarian. The only thing I would say is if you’d like a room with a poolside view please discuss this when booking at your travel agent. We had a room at the front of the hotel so hence on the road and wasn’t ideal for us as our son suffers with a chest condition and unfortunately the reception staff were unable to move us. Overall we had a lovely stay and some wonderful memories were made.
