The house is located in a quiet side street on the edge of the village, just a few minutes' walk from the main square. Grocery shops and a pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity. Ariany is located in the north-east of the island, close to the beautiful bays of the east coast and the bay of Alcudia. The house is only a few kilometres from Sineu, famous for its Wednesday market, and around 15 kilometres from Manacor with its supermarkets and hospital.
