Stayed here 8 May - 3 days after the hotel had opened for the season. When we arrived we were taken to our room which was lovely but contained 2 single beds and overlooked the side of the hotel and a view of an overgrown field. When we asked for a different room we had to wait a while a alternative room was found. If we wanted to have a pool view room we were told it would be an extra 10 euros a day to change. We found this quite surprising as the hotel had only about 20 guests staying at that time. We were moved then to a room with a double room with the same field view. The pool and garden area was very nice with comfortable sunbeds The food was OK but not 4 stars. It had been adapted for English guests and l was disappointed about this as l like Greek food. At breakfast for the first few days the fruit that was on offer was out of a tin - disappointing again. Desserts were the same every day. The best meal we had was on the last night when we ate out.The waiters were a tad overzealous and at times tried to clear the table when we hadn't finished eating, There was no entertainment on the week we stayed despite it being advertised for Sunday evening. Overall the hotel building was worthy of 4 stars but not our overall experience, due to the disappointing quality of the food and the non relaxing atmosphere in the dining room. Location was quiet and peaceful and about a ten minute walk into the town. This was a big plus point for us.

We stayed here in June as we got married at cameo island. The hotel is absolutely amazing. It’s very clean, staff are so polite and friendly and will help as much as they can with any requests. The owner of the hotel was amazing too, he will make sure you’re looked after should you need anything. We stayed for 10 nights and had bed and breakfast. The breakfast was spot on every morning and for 10 days I was more than happy eating that each morning. They serve food at lunch times too and it’s very reasonably priced. Good portion sizes and is good food. The rooms are really clean, beds are comfy and if you can I definitely recommend upgrading to a poolside view if possible. The pools are nice, clean and not too deep. Poolside, no need to save beds as there are more then plenty to go around, some days we went out for walk in morning and didn’t get back to hotel until after 11am and could still get beds next to the pool. You can get towels from hotel with a €10 euro deposit and you get that back once you return towels. There is even a bodyweight gym should you wish to do a bit of exercise. Then location of the hotel is perfect, literally 5mins walking from the town where all the restaurants and bars are. I cannot fault the hotel, staff or location at all. Literally it was perfect. We will definitely be returning next year.

We had a great holiday here, the location of the hotel is spot on and a short walk into tsvilli. The pool area is nice and relaxing and the choice in the snack bar is excellent (payable but reasonably priced). It’s a shame the breakfast didn’t have the same choice. Bacon was only on every 3 days or so and it was limited on food choice. The coffee and orange juice was disgusting (both from a machine) and had a funny taste so I only drank water at breakfast. There was no air conditioning in the public areas of the hotel hence it was too hot at breakfast and couldn’t sit in reception as it was too warm. Air conditioning in the rooms took a bit to cool once you accessed the room too. Please turn on air conditioning in the main summer months!!! We were made aware by the female member of staff when she noticed we had soft drinks that were bought from the shop and told us this wasn’t allowed and they are watching for it. The hotel was spotlessly clean and beds were very comfortable. Tsvilli is a lovely place with lots of nice restaurants in town.

We have just returned from our second visit to this hotel. We asked if we could upgrade from the twin room we had booked and we were offered a very spacious room at the front of the hotel for a small extra charge. The owner Illias even gave us a complimentary bottle of a rather deilcious red wine because we had stayed here before. Owner very polite and friendly and even remembered my partner Nick's name everytime we saw him! Also added bonus of a Nespresso coffee machine in the room and pods can be purchased from the local supermarket which is a three minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is on the outskirts of Tsivili away from the noise of the main ***** and is only a ten minute walk until you arrive at the busy end of Tsivili. The beach is around a 20 minute walk but there is a free bus shuttle service three times a day which is ideal when it is very hot or you have plenty to carry! The pool area is so peaceful and relaxing and the bar and food prices are very reasonable. We had three lunches here and really enjoyed them. The breakfast is a buffet service and I thought there were plenty of options and eggs are cooked to order which is a nice touch. The staff are so lovely and I must give a special mention to George on reception who always greeted us with a smile and a hello everytime we saw him. Our rooms were cleaned daily and towels also changed daily and the maids were very friendly and helpful. I hope we can afford to come back to Tsivili in a couple of years and I shall definitely be booking here again if we are fortunate enough to return.

We stayed here for 5 nights and were very happy with everything at the hotel. We approached the hotel with an open mind having read positive and negative reviews and have to say that our experiences were very positive, the room was clean and tidy, there were good choices at breakfast, and the pool and pool bar were very nice. A big mention for George on reception and also our cleaner, who were very professional and friendly.

We are just back from a 10 night stay at this hotel. It's definitely not a 4 star. The room was small, and there was a really bad smell from the drains. We asked for the drains to be cleaned, which they did, but the smell came back. Breakfast was OK. The food was always hot and fresh but not much choice. Although I'm not complaining, beans on toast are my favourite. The juice from the machine tasted a bit salty . The coffee from the machine was good, though. It was hard to get a sunbed around the pool, I think you have to be up at 6 am to get one. There are other comfy sunbeds on the grass area. The hotel is very quiet, with no real atmosphere. All the staff are friendly and polite, which is nice. The location of the hotel is also great, it's about a 10 minute walk from the bars and restaurants. I know it's a personal opinion, but this is not a 4 star hotel.

Accommodation is terrible, there's no way this is a 4 star hotel. Tells you everything when a hotel displays a hotel award certificate from 9 years ago in the lobby. Majority of the staff are rude apart from reception, just unhappy, unhelpful and poor manners. You are not allowed to eat or drink anything that wasn't bought at the hotel unless you're in your room, which is ridiculous considering they only have a snack bar, so the only take away options are beer, water and small tubes of pringles, they come round regularly to check... I've never experienced anything like this before, customer experience isn't top of their list, we had other people in other hotels and this didn't happen there. They try to make as much money as possible, so much so that their welcome message when checking in is that you have tea, coffee and milk included in your stay as if I don't get that at a travel lodge, they give you the same carton of milk you see in every hotel but 1 each and 1 small coffee sachet each. We only had green tea so went down to reception to get English breakfast tea, got sent to the snack bar then back to reception and had to wait 20 minutes as there was a queue. We also had breakfast included, I struggle to eat early, so I made a sandwich to wrap up so I could eat it later on... got stopped by one of the staff members telling me I couldn't take it (I'd fully understand if I was taking a lot with me but one sandwich) I explained the situation and he said he'll have to pit it in the bin. The noise level is abysmal, the doors are soft close but when the door closes the latch makes a massive noise so when the first person in you corridor is a awake then the whole row is, waking up at 5/6am when you're there for a relaxing holiday isn't great. They list the rooms as "superior" there was nothing superior about the first room we were in, it was tiny. We asked to switch rooms but nothing available for a few days, which we had to pay for in cash which I thought was very strange, I assume either they're avoiding tax or the staff want to pocket it... who knows. The first few days we were there, there was no music by the pool so everything was silent, after few days the music was on. The have mini waterfalls in the pool that they only turn on for 10 minutes every 2 hours, the atmosphere is dead. Positive points, the food is cheap and very decent portions. The maids do a very good job the hotel is cleaned every day. Overall who ever give this 4 stars needs to revisit, I've stayed in loads of 3,4 and 5 star hotel and I would say this is on par with a 3 star, considering the price we paid, it wasn't worth it.

Fab Adults only hotel. Great staff, lovely cleaners Spotless hotel. Lovely chill out lounge area. Breakfast staff lovely and a nice enough choice although the same every day. Location was a 10 minute walk from the start of town. All flat, no hills. Pool bar serves good food. 2 pools and plenty of sun loungers. Only downside was salt water from showers and sink in bathroom… really not good for hair washing at all and bottled water needed for kettle after using sink water and realising it was salty 😵‍💫

I love Trip Advisor reviews and always, always, research where we are staying, BUT you have to use a little more than just your eyes when doing your homework. Park Hotel & Spa is a fabulous hotel, in a great location with some very special staff that go above and beyond to make your stay great. From the moment we arrived we knew we had made a great choice, thanks to George on reception! Is this a 4star (4T's) hotel, in the Greek Way, absolutely... if like some people your expecting 4star Dubai Palace then you are going to be slightly dissapointed, but then your in the wrong place :) Being the 6th Greek Island we have visited, this was the 1st time stayed in a hotel with breakfast included so given the reviews we werent really worried if the food available wasnt going to tickle our taste buds. How wrong we were, great selection and a massive shout out to Vaso for making perfect omelettes and to Lediana & Dimitri for thier fabulous (always with smile & a chat) service at breakfast and when we needed to hydrate (Ice Kafe's, Alpha, & Mythos, oh and the occasional Nero :)) throughout the day. During our 11 night stay we only experienced 1 morning when we struggled to get a sunbed by the pool, instead we opted for ones in the garden area, absolutely perfect. It would however seem that we Brits are not happy with the Germans having the stigma of getting up at the crack of dawn to get thier towels on sunbeds, you certainly won this at the Park. We loved this hotel, its clean, its friendly, its good value for money, its quirky and above all, its typically Greek :) We dont visit the same place twice, but if ever we came back to Zante, we wouldnt hesitate to book another stay.
