We stayed at the tosoro hotel last year and enjoyed our stay there which is right next door..so we thought we'd give the altora a go this time..we were very pleased with our stay and would rate it slightly better..the rooms were roomy food and drink were ok.. food could've been better but being an all inclusive there was plenty of choices ..rooms were cleaned to really good standard and I think what made the hotel slightly better was the pools they were brilliant and very clean plentiful sunbeds as well.no need to rush down and put towels out either..if you had to pick any faults it would have to be the location of the hotels.at the top of a steep hill not for the faint hearted if you're either unfit of disabled in anyway..but overall I wouldn't put anyone off booking a stay here as we had another great holiday and tsilivi zante is a great area with lots to do for everyone...

The Altura hotel is absolutely brilliant value for money. As an all inclusive you could not go wrong, the drinks where cheap and beer was flat but we didn't drink much during the day and went out every night. The food was OK, my daughter did struggle a bit because she's a fussy eater, if you don't like pork you will struggle, food was edible although we did eat out a few times too. We had a 2 bed apartment and it had 2 bathrooms too which I was not expecting, the rooms where spotless and very modern and cleaned everyday except Sunday. Our towels where changed everyday too. Showers where hit and miss, freezing cold or scalding hot but it's Greece and we knew what to expect. The whole hotel was spotless and the staff very friendly. Jack and Matt ran the entertainment, and it was good fun during the day, we didn't like the evening stuff so we went out every night to a fantastic bar near by. The only bad point I experienced was we paid a deposit of €15 for our pool towels and on our check out day when I returned them the lady on reception asked for our receipt which after 2 weeks we could not find, also we where not told to actually keep the tiny receipt or we would not get our €15 back, I returned the towels so obviously I had paid for them but not a hope she would give us our deposit back. But that aside the hotel is good value for money and we will definitely return to Tsilivi.

Worst hotel I have experienced. Management & Tui rep extremely rude & unprofessional. Food is okay but very repetitive & not a great choice. Drinks are not great & not a lot of choice. One toilet for the whole of the restaurant, bar & pool area & is outside.

We have just returned from a fabulous 10 days at the Altura hotel. The staff at the hotel are brilliant and can’t do enough for you. Always friendly and keen to help with a fun and enthusiastic entertainment team who really put their all into making the time by the pool fun without pressuring people to participate. The rooms were very clean and although basic, still perfectly comfortable and we had a nice bathroom with a good shower. The location is great-on a small hill (nothing too steep!) and slightly set back so in a nice quiet spot. The bars and restaurants are a 5 min walk away and Tsilivi has so much to offer for a family holiday. The hotel can also arrange taxis if you wish to go further afield. We thought the food offered a good selection although we also enjoyed eating out. The drinks were okay (nothing special) and as you would expect for a 3 star all inclusive. Overall this is a brilliant friendly hotel with a lovely pool and perfect for families who want a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

For a 3* Hotel this was excellent. The food was great, the rooms spotless and cleaned with new sheets and towels every other day. The pools were great and there were activities in the morning, afternoon and evening. The poolside snack bar was a little a limited but that is a minor gruble. There was always somewhere to sit and enjoy the hotel, either on a lounger or comfy sofas. It says 15mins from the beach but It felt closer. It's only 5 mins from the main shopping area too so for those who want to explore its perfectly located but just far enough away that you can be completely away from any noise or disruption. It's very family friendly but was not over run with kids during our stay. I'd highly recommend staying here and would definitely have no hesitation returning.

Had a brilliant week at this hotel. Went as a family of 4. Our daughters are 21 and 18 and they really enjoyed it. Food was good, rooms were clean. Beds and towels changed everyday apart from a Sunday. The drinks weren’t branded but the cocktails were lovely and the beer was drinkable. TOP TIP - take your own plastic cups for the bar, the staff will love you. The ones in the hotel were half pint size and sometimes they ran out as these had to be washed. I went to B&m and bought a pack of 10 reusable pint size cups really cheap. Emailed the hotel before we arrived asked to have our rooms side by side, this wasn’t a problem at all. All the staff were very helpful and lovely The highlight of our week was the entertainment team. Matt, Ralph, klaus, Marco and Timi were fantastic. They work so hard entertaining us with aqua sports, water Zumba, darts, bingo, beer pong and karaoke. Always a good laugh. Word of warning - if you want a sun lounger but up before 7:30am as folk reserve very early.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definately return. Food was lovely especially the chef specials on an evening. Drinks were what you would expect for a 3 star all inclusive and liked the self service station in the restaurant.. Room spotless and spacious and we had a lovely sea view.Had a few problems with water pressure and temperature of shower but this was a minor issue. All staff were polite and friendly and work very hard . Good entertainment team . Did have to get up early to get a sunbed but expected it in July . Sadly had the usual people reserving beds and not using them till afternoon . Loved the location just a short walk to restaurants and bars with tribute acts/ entertainment or quiet bars if you just fancied a drink. The town has a lovely chilled vibe . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
