I received an email from the hotel immediately after order confirmation, clearly informing me of the free airport shuttle bus schedule and pick-up location. I also received an email from the hotel the day before departure or departure informing me that I could check in or check out online. Check-in at the hotel was quick and easy. The room, though small, was well-arranged and didn't feel too cramped. The shower area was a bit small; taller people might find it inconvenient. The bed was incredibly soft—even with my weight of just over 50 kg, it almost collapsed when I sat down. Those with sensitive sleep should consider this carefully. Although I had seen other travelers mention the bed being too soft, I was still a bit surprised when I actually checked in, haha… Breakfast was quite substantial for a hotel in this price range in Europe. However, there's basically no room service for consecutive stays, so be aware. No toiletries or slippers were provided, but luckily I usually bring my own, so it wasn't a problem. Coffee, hot water, and tea bags were available all day for self-service. The shuttle bus ran every half hour, very punctually, which is very important for travelers and deserves praise! The hotel is a 5-minute drive from Arlanda Airport. Buses 571 and 571X are a 5-6 minute walk away, from where you can transfer to the No. 41 train to the city center (approximately 61 minutes). However, trains are infrequent, so it's recommended to take the free shuttle bus to the airport and then transfer to other transportation to the city. The rooms aren't very soundproof; you can hear rain or snoring from nearby rooms, haha. Regardless, it's convenient for transit passengers.
