The tap wasn't working. I had to use the shower... The price is good but is a 30 mins walk from main sites at Arles. When bus is available is super quick less than 10 mins.it feels more like you are in a Texas motel than in ancient Arles

Amazing staff, good location, great price and very helpful 24 hours helpdesk. Clening could be better and the doors are facing outside area so people can smoke near it, but most of the time they were polite. Amazing garden to eat outside and enjoy the weather. Some people partied one evening, but after my complaint to the reception I didn't have any problems anymore. Just mind that they have no control over neighbors, so not sure if it's 100% safe.

It is good for a one-night stay if you are travelling in hurry and travel by your own transport because the location is near to the highway, but a bit away from the downtown. The room is a bit cramp but it is okay for one night. It has an ample free parking which is very convenient.

The staff are super friendly, but Trip offers rooms that, uh, haven't even been booked.

The welcome was very good. Breakfast was also very good. The room was small, sufficient for one night, however, very run-down, with no soap and only plastic cups provided. It needs renovation.

Good value for money, excellent location, delicious breakfast

It's a comfortable hotel for a one-night stay. It could use some remodeling. The front door to the room didn't close properly and the air conditioning thermostat didn't work. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were very clean.

Aside from the slightly out-of-the-way location, everything else is fine. It takes more than forty minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel, and about half an hour to walk to the center of Arles town.

The pros are cheap and convenient parking. The rest are all cons. In summary, it is very bad. Very bad. As long as you have enough money to stay in other hotels, try not to choose this one.

Good for sleeping

Hello, During our stay, there was no daily maintenance of the room. We had to ask for toilet paper, change of towels and shower gel. On the last day, there was no hot water in the hotel. The insulation of the rooms is not optimal (day at the front door) Have a nice day
