We’ve stayed here for 3 nights, everything was so great, except if you don’t drive like us, it’s not so convenient to eat (unless you call uber eats). Breakfast is just fine, simple but enough for us. I will definitely recommend to stay here if you drive and stay in Memphis. Big breakfast restaurant with Free water, coffee/ tea, some fruits and yogurt is offered for 24 hours which is very nice to guests without any special activities yet. Some small finger foods are possible to buy at lobby.

Great location, safe, quiet. Very clean hotel. Good breakfast and nice common area for our group to gather. Only complaint is the mattress. It was so hard and had a dip on one side. We turned it so that I did not have the dip, as my husband was able to tolerate it better.

Did not know that it was a nice hotel to get away and relax right around the corner from my house. Loved the atmosphere of the hotel as soon as you walk into the place, it smelled amazing and the staff was friendly! Will be doing all of my staycations at this hotel from here on out! But was informed that the incidentals fee would be $500, now that is outrageous for valued customers! $50 is okay, but placing a $500 hold on someone’s card is ridiculous….please re-think this because you all will lose a lot of business and everyone can’t afford $500 holds for days…I’m still waiting on the $50 hold that was placed on my card from Sunday and today is Friday. Other than the incidentals fee holding everything was PERFECT!

We really enjoyed our stay and we will be staying here on our return trip! One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in several years. Beautiful rooms and great breakfast. Lobby was extremely nice and welcoming.

Love this hotel! Very friendly and clean. Great breakfast. Only improvement would be better toilet paper.
