Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas - Arlington

Property is older, but room is spacious and clean. 2miles from stadium, good price compared to competitors. Hot breakfast, friendly staff. No complaints.

The staff was friendly and considerate. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast each day was different and phenomenal. We will be back 10/10

Condition of hotel was not worth the price. Hotel was under construction, and we were not informed in any way prior to our reservation beginning. The sliding door to the closet was broken, there was window coverings for every single window, so there was absolutely no view or natural lighting. Often an hour before the breakfast would end there would be very limited options due to food running out and not refilling despite being considered a buffet. Was not worth the nearly $500 I paid for a two night stay.

Place is clean but older , seen a roach & heard everthing from the people on top of us . From the toilet flushing to the walking around couldn’t sleep .

The staff were very polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel room was very dated and damaged. The bathroom tiles were broken and I was concerned I might cut my feet. Every time I walked in the bathroom the shards of tile would pop up. There was no soap in the bottles in the shower. The toilet seat was messed up and off centered..so it was a bit awkward to use the toilet. Overall the room seemed a bit dated and smelled. Normally I wouldn’t complain, but the room has over $200 for the night, and I thought it might be better kept for that price. These complaints aren’t towards the staff, but rather the company or owners.
