"Very disgusted and disappointed we checked in the room was already clean and ready right? NO! The whole bed blanket both sides the pillows were all full of hair there was hair everywhere no fan or cooling had to call to get a fan the cleaners came an hr late to clean and change bed and blanket sheets that were full of hair and thats not it the flush on the toilet stopped working after the first time completely stopped flushing called the reception twice no one picked up had to go down to the reception to complain then they finally changed our room because they couldn’t fix the toilet flush the same day reception service was not up to the standards that they claim to have so overall a very unpleasant experience would not recommend anyone to go unless they have no option!!"

"The hotel is conveniently situated between the town centre and sovereign harbour, easy walking distance to both. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is free on street parking a very short distance away. We didn't eat here this time but have had breakfast on previous visits which have always been great. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Absolutely outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Jayne and Colin are the most convivial hosts and their dogs Harvey and Guineas are adorable. The home cooked food is amazing and the portions are very filling and the local Longman beer is very drinkable . This was our second visit and we will certainly return."
