Pousada maravilhosa, atendente Maicon muito prestativo com os hóspedes. Pousada simples, mais aconchegante. Adoramos e pretendemos voltar mais vezes. Quarto que ficamos tinha uma cama de casal e uma beliche, cama bem confortável, ar condicionado bom. Banheiro bem pequeno, na parte de fora tem uma varandinha q da pra colocar rede. Café da manhã simples mais gostoso.

Fiz uma reserva pelo Booking e por motivos pessoais não consegui comparecer. Entrei em contato diretamente com a pousada, expliquei a situação e eles disseram que não poderiam devolver o valor, mas eu poderia ir em outra data. Tentei marcar numa data que eu poderia ir, mas o tal Michael (já conhecido por algumas reclamações) disse que eu só poderia marcar com 45 dias de antecedência. Disse que em nenhum momento ele me explicou isso e ele já veio com ignorância dizendo que estava fazendo um favor. Essa semana liguei novamente pra marcar e ele disse que agora não podia mais. Sempre muito ignorante e sem nenhuma empatia com o cliente. Resolvi deixar pra lá e não quero mais me hospedar num mesmo espaço onde uma pessoa que trata um cliente assim trabalha. Valeu pela experiência de nunca mais tentar me hospedar nesse local.

Les voy a contar mi historia , reservamos por Booking para 4 personas desde el 10 al 21 de febrero del 2024 ,a través de la plataforma booking la cual decia que no había cobro anticipadamente y el tipo del hostal igualmente nos cobró sin previo aviso y de inmediato la mitad del valor e hicimos él reclamo pero el tipo solo nos dijo que era porque había mucha demanda ( primer engaño ) , llegamos a la posada con nuestras niñas pequeñas y nos dijeron que no había habitación familiar y nos pasaron dos habitaciones pequeñas y separadas ( segundo engaño ) , las habitaciones no contaban con sábanas , el aseo es cada 3 días , habían cucarachas , en el baño no hay cloro ,las habitaciones son oscuras sin ventilación , sin agua potable , no hay áreas comunes y solo hay una piscina con el agua podrida , y para e el colmo hicimos el reclamo al dueño del hostal y este nos amenazo y nos trato a garabatos , pusimos denuncia en la policía, favor no vayan a ese lugar es lo peor de Brasil y Buzios
