Overall, a good stay. Nice park. We stayed at FL08. What we like: - clean, two packages of shampoo, conditioner and soap. Cleaning package and coffee/tea. - efficient check in What we like less: - in front of a huge playground where they have children activities, noisy - plastic hot tube (different from picture) - Broken parasol - hot in the cabin - torn flooring - eating and lounge area facing the playground

Do not stay here unless you are ok to sleep strong mold (schimmel) smell and horrible mattresses. Unfortunately we are still here but will be leaving early tomorrow. My family and me came for a weekend of relaxation and time to be together. The house is very old and absolutely not maintained. I didn't manage to sleep on the first night due to a horrible mold and humidity smell. My eyes were red all the time because of it. I reported it and requested to get another place without that problem but they just send someone to ventilate the house which obviously did not solve the problem and here I am on night 2 sleep-loss for the same reason, I woke up with the bad smell. The swimming pool facilities are also not well maintained, the ladies bathroom inside the pool was locked.

The place was clean and not hard to find, the one problem we had was the fact that the park gates close at 23:00 with no option to open them. we arrived late due to our flight being late, and one of the family members had an injury which made walking a very painful experience and yet we had to walk to the other side of the park (where our unit was) with no option to drive there.

There is lack of ownership between ******* and property. I did not receive the check in instructions after my call and made my first night horrible and almost homeless. Also the heat was not working until I was provided with portable heaters,

Location of the property is fantastic. You get the feeling of leaving closed to nature which is priceless. The only issue for me was not able to drive into the property between 11.00pm and 6.00am since it was very cold during my stay there. Other than that i had a beautiful stay.

We enjoy our stay there, any problems they got on with it straight away.

Nice Park with a lot of green environment.

Cosy little building with two bedrooms, a living room, shower room and kitchenette. Comfortable, clean, nicely furnished. Outside, a large patio with seating for 8 people, two tables, a washing hangar and a lawned/grass area. All surrounded by trees and bushes/flowers. Althouhg next to the main road, it was quiet and peaceful. I will book again for next year!
