A unique location with an amazing SPA and a beautiful sauna. The staff is inceedibly friendly and accomodating. The view from the room was incomparable and the different restaurants leave no wish unfulfilled.

We are staying at the Tschuggen Grand Hotel and it is absolutely first class. The staff are exceptional in every single part of the hotel and the extra surprise touches make this a really special place. I am grateful to have stayed in many hotels around the world but there is an atmosphere here that makes it that bit different. It is busy in terms of occupancy but it is a good busy, lots of cool and calm guests seem to appreciating what we are.

The most wonderful experience. The team are so wonderful. Charlene is an absolute angel. I managed to get injured on a hike (as I always. do) and she got me to the doctor, picked me up and kept checking in. The whole team was wonderful, a special thanks to Fabio and Robert in the restaurant for the friendliness and chats. Make sure you do the squirrel walk, the lovely gent on the front desk (name forgotten sorry) can show you the way. Can’t wait to go back.

This was our fourth stay at the hotel, and once again it was wonderful! This time we spent our holiday with a larger family, which made the experience even more special. We made great use of the kids’ club, which is excellently organized and prepared. As always, the service was extremely friendly and professional. The sauna Aufguss sessions were outstanding. Thank you very much for another unforgettable stay - we are already looking forward to our return!

Excellent hotel in the Swiss alps. One of the best property in Arosa. Service and staff are amazing . Hotel has one of best spa in the world . Spa is one of the largest in any mountain property. Hotel has a private railway for skiers to get in to the slopes and to get back to the hotel

This is a pricey hotel, and it is worth every penny. Efficiently managed, with friendly, efficient staff, everything is impeccably maintained at all levels and all areas, meaning every room and element one comes across looks great and is immaculately clean. The rooms are beautifully, aesthetically designed, but also highly efficient and practical. The Spa is world-beating, truly best-in-class, and having a ski lift (plus ski rental) in the hotel is, obviously, kind of mind-blowing. The only (minor) off note was a rude maitre in the main restaurant, but he can be overlooked. If you want to splash out, do it somewhere like this, where you feel that every franc you spend is going into a wonderful overall experience.
