Renaissance Goa Hotel
"# A Stay Made Special by People Who Truly Care ❤️ We recently spent three wonderful nights (20–23 June 2026) at Renaissance Goa with our family, occupying four rooms (#501, #505, #506 and #507). While the beautiful property, stunning décor, vibrant ambiance and comfortable facilities certainly impressed us, it was the people who transformed our stay into a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, every interaction carried warmth, sincerity and genuine hospitality. A special appreciation to Devadarshana and Risla, who welcomed us with warmth and consistency, creating a comforting first impression each time we crossed paths. Stephen , from the Front Desk Concierge team, was the quiet force behind many seamless moments of our stay. His ability to connect, assist and respond efficiently made him an invaluable support throughout our visit. Megha at the Front Desk exemplified grace under pressure. Calm, attentive and professional, she is undoubtedly a great asset to the team. A heartfelt thank you to Mridul F&B head - With four rooms occupied by our family, room service calls were frequent, and remarkably, Mridul was always there. Whether it was a request, assistance or simply ensuring everything was in order, he responded with genuine care and enthusiasm. He was there almost all time and at different locations ( restaurant, IRD calls most time picked up by him ❣️ during dinner time. Meeting Mr.Johnny Joy, Director of Operations, upon arrival was an unexpected and memorable gesture. Senior leaders often shape experiences through strategy, but sometimes a simple personal welcome leaves the deepest impression. It certainly did for us. Binod, at the lobby entrance, greeted us with a smile that never seemed to fade. His helpfulness and positive energy added warmth to every arrival and departure. A special mention to Lily from restaurant, whose cheerful personality, charm and infectious energy brightened every interaction. Our kids favourite person during breakfast hours. 🥞 I would also like to recognize the two Front Desk associates who worked the night shifts during our stay. Unfortunately, I could not note their names, but their willingness to assist and support us whenever needed deserves equal appreciation. What truly stood out was that these team members consistently acknowledged us whenever they saw us around the resort. Whether checking on our comfort, helping us plan our day, or simply offering assistance, they made us feel genuinely valued rather than merely accommodated. The personalized welcome amenities were a delightful surprise. The breakfast experience was equally impressive, featuring an excellent spread, engaging live stations, interactive chefs and attentive service staff. The only observation during our stay was that, during peak breakfast periods, the restaurant layout appeared challenging for the team, and some associates seemed to struggle while carrying trays through busy sections. Despite this, their commitmen"

The staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist.(Specially Mister Jitendra. The swimming pool was well kept, and the food was tasty with a good variety of options. The location is convenient for visiting popular North Goa beaches like Baga and Calangute. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would recommend this hotel to families and couples visiting Goa.""

Resort Lagoa Azul
"I have been spending a month in Goa every year since 2007. I used to rent an apartment but, after my wife died, I wanted some support to be available if I needed it badly, so I chose to stay in a hotel. I have now stopped at Resort Lagoa Azul five times. It suits me perfectly. I have stayed in five star hotels when I worked but am far more comfortable in the Resort Lagoa Azul. The buildings are only three stories high and are set in beautiful gardens. The restaurant and reception areas are open, but are always shaded and cool. The staff are welcoming, cheerful and friendly, while providing a very professional service. I feel that I am living with a family, rather than stopping in a hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well maintained. Everything works, including WiFil, unless there is a local power cut. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day and fresh towels provided daily. Bedding is changed regularly. The room that I usually stay in has a huge balcony that has areas of sunshine and shade. It overlooks one of the two swimming pools and an area of natural vegitation with a small lake that attracts bird life. A fantastic breakfast is provided. It is so good that is put on nearly three kilos in four weeks. One thing that I like is that the hotel caters for Indian as well as European clients so it is not like staying in a tourist hotel and the restaurant cooks authentic Indian food which is quite reasonably priced."

"A neat and tidy place with immense peace in and around the property. Rooms were cozy and the bed is considerably big (I’m 6’3” and it still fit me). Washrooms were clean and the property entirely has good maintenance. The owners were really sweet and you get home like breakfast. The cherry on the cake, it’s a pet friendly place. Do visit, it’s worth every penny you pay 😁"
