Hotel Lancelot

Great place to stay in Arrecife.

Fantastic stay, clean big rooms, nice size bath tub, hotel staff don't speak much English or maybe it was just because of the Scottish accent, but you get by using translate, close to the bus link to Puerto del Carmen, excursion centre nearby and supermarkets nearby all in a great place to stay

I find it hard to have a negative about this hotel. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast that was a buffet style had something for everyone. The room was clean and comfortable with aircon, a mini fridge, hairdryer and TV. The pool was clean and there were enough beds for this time of year (I could imagine it may be different in peak season). The staff were great at the pool bar and the food good with a varied menu at reasonable prices. The hotel is literally accross the road from the beach and there are small shops and a couple of restaurants on the same street with lots more about 15min walk away. The only improvement would have been a shower room as we were out our room for several hours before our flight but that really is being picky. Would definitely go back.

Spent Christmas and new year at this hotel. The hotel itself was lovely, clean and spacious. We had a beautiful sea view with balcony. There was no kettle in the room but we asked at reception and one was provided. The staff were friendly, and more than helpful. We didn’t use the pool but it looked fine, a little on the small side maybe but that is not an issue. We were half board, so breakfast and dinner. We didn’t enjoy the food much, but again that was just us. We would never normally go half board but thought we would give it a try. There was always something we liked, but often left disappointed. The only down side was there are improvements being made outside the hotel NOT THE HOTELS FAULT, which was noisy and disruptive to all. It will look fantastic when done and the area itself was just lovely. Not to commercialised at all which we loved and we would love to come back again sometime. Finally, (cutting a long story short) ******* cancelled our booking after a phone call I made regarding the disruption outside and my disabled husband. The front desk staff were fantastic and allowed us to stay in our room, even though they didn’t know who was paying them at the end of our holiday. Again this was not the fault of the hotel. I would consider this a 4* hotel. Only improvements would be a fridge, with tea and coffee facilities included. Thank you to all

Well located hotel with the beach and bus stop to the airport just steps away. The check in counter staff were pleasant however our experience was marred by the chaotic breakfast area and made unwelcome by a blond server
