Culag Lochside Self Catering

Loch Lomond was a special destination for us and I wanted equally special accommodation. I booked Culag based on the reviews and was not disappointed. If anything, it was even better than I expected. Right on the Loch with easy access to Luss, we stayed 4 nights and could have stayed even longer. Patrick was a wonderful host and his Highland Cow Boat tour on the Loch was the highlight of our trip to Scotland! Our apartment was comfortable, clean and cozy with everything we could possibly need. Great value for money too!

We have been visiting Culag since 2009 and we have never been disappointed. Patrick and Ann are the hosts with the most and nothing is too much trouble. We were saddened not to have the wonderful cooked breakfast but fully understand the reasons for self catering only. The continental option we had was amazing and the facilities in our room with the added airfyer was more than enough. We will definitely be back. Thanks again to Team Culag.

Great location , well equipped and comfortable accommodation. We stayed in the 3 bedroom cottage. Lovely comfortable beds and clean bathroom with plenty hot running water. Little extras included milk, tea , coffee, salt and pepper . The on-site parking and games room with snooker, pool and air hockey were a welcome bonus. Patrick was on hand to welcome us and make sure we were comfortable and also invited us on a boat trip. We highly recommend this accommodation for the perfect stay!!

This was our second visit to Culag! We found it by chance in April and couldn’t wait to come back! The accommodation is spotless with everything you need! The view from the balcony, bed and living room just takes your breath away! The picnic benches and egg chairs on the grass are a fab edition. Excellent to just watch the water with a good book! Now what can I say about the host Patrick! Patrick is definitely the host with the most. Nothing is too much bother for him. Just wants the best for his guests. He took my myself, my daughter and her friend out on the boat with the donuts! We have never laughed so much. Patrick you are amazing and so is Culag!

Currently staying here with my husband. I have stayed all over the world and in this country and I can honestly say this place is heaven. Patrick is so helpful and can't do enough for you. We have been taken by speed boat where ever we have wanted to go. The accommodation is beautiful, the view from the living room and bedroom is breathtaking. Patrick has made this 3 night stay so special. Will be booking again. If you are unsure on booking this accommodation don't hesitate you won't be disappointed. Sharon &Andrew

Brilliant place all round Patrick took us into Luss on his boat which was brilliant! Good slip way for kayaks ect too. The views are amazing and the kitchen was well equipped. Thank you guys!
