I thank the hotel staff for their good treatment and wonderful reception especially thanks to Mr. Farkan and Ms. Nazli The hotel is very wonderful and clean all the furniture is in a new condition, The Sea view is very nice, breakfast is delicious.

We are stayed in this hotel one week . Everything was perfect we are so enjoyed this trip . I wanna thank u from reception Nazlican and ears from bellboy Mehmet and enes. They are let me to late check out I’m so appreaciate for this. I wanna thanks to hotel . I will be back soon again :)))

Amazing stay, staff specially Esra, Enes and all the others really respective smiley team and always ready to support, restaurant is very good and also the staff is very good to deal with, location is quite, very near to the downtown town, bus station, highly recommending for all to stay in double tree Yomra.

I have just completed 4 nighty stay at this wonderful Doubletree by Hilton hotel, Yomra. This hotel is great by all standards. All the rooms are suites. The facilities are all new and the service is excellent. The location of the hotel is great near many shops and restaurants. Although the hotel is new and impressive, but what really catches my eye is the level of service of the hotel’s employees. Their smiles and keenness to provide the best they have to make customers happy and satisfied is remarkable . I would like to mention in particular the reception and restaurant staff. I would like to thanks Esra, Ceren gul, Nazlican, Tugba from the reception. And Hatice, Emrecan, Mirac , Zeynep, Yavuz and Merve from the FB department. Also I would like to thank the bellboy Mert for his great help to me throughout my stay. The suite is clean and tidy and has all the amenities you expect. The breakfast is delicious with huge variety to choose. Finally i would like to thank two special people, Mr. Cemal, reservation manager and Mr. Furkan, reception supervisor. Their sincere and professional service makes my stay a wonderful one. Definitely i will repeat my visit to this hotel and strongly recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

Even though we stayed for one night, everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the room to the friendliness of the staff, the food was delicious, the rooms were extremely spacious, we were very pleased with everything, especially Mr. Ibrahim, who was in charge of the reservation, was extremely helpful, we will definitely come again.

Great hotel, new hotel, location is very good. Staff is great, rooms are spacious but most importantly all staff are smiling. Staff at the reception, especially Mr. Tuğba İbrahim and Mr. Mehmet and the entire bell team, thank you all, we will come again :):)
