We want to thank Vicki our breakfast lady. She could not have been more helpful, friendly and welcoming. Every morning our tennis team came down to breakfast to be greeted by Vicki. She took individual requests and made sure we were extremely well looked after. The breakfasts were really good, thank you Jay. Please tell Vicki we really appreciated being looked after so well each morning. Thank you

Air-conditioning didn't work, the staff did their best, providing fans and sheets, resetting the system and calling maintenance. They would have moved us but the hotel was full. My room was 24.5 degrees (registered by the hotel) and we didn't sleep for either of the two nights we were there. Guest relations refused to honour the good night guarantee as they claimed I had left the window open. I stay with premier inn often for work so I know you need to keep the windows closed, but I also know what working aircon feels like! Premier inn is good when things go well, but try to complain and all you get is a "thanks for your feedback" - their guarantee is meaningless

Vicki and Chloe were great staff members. Vicki was especially helpful and always very kind. I appreciate her assistance in serving me breakfast.

Cassi was super helpful & friendly. Was very happy to alter our breakfast sitting several times the evening before. Friendly member of staff with a nice demeanour. A group of my family booked the hotel for a two night stay as it was a conveniently located for a wedding at Selden Barnes in Patching. The hotel is situated just off the A27 and has easy access to the seaside resorts of Bognor Regis, Littlehampton and Worthing, as well as Arundel. Although so close to the main road you were not disturbed by noise from the traffic in the hotel. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable with all the amenities you expect from a Premier Inn – comfortable bed, choice of pillows, tea & coffee making facilities . . . . . The staff in the hotel were super polite, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. I definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to another coming back. A big thank you to all the team at the hotel and a special shout out to Chloe, Lea and Jay who went above and beyond to make our time our time there so special.
