Grand Hotel Cannigione
"It's really bad experience, no one speaks English, should be 4 stars in the maximum"
7Pines Resort Sardinia
"I have recently stayed at 7pines resort in Sardinia for a total of 5 nights. The scenery, pool area and beaches are fabulous and I truly relaxed and recouped during my stay here…. HOWEVER! Food and drink is very pricey comparatively speaking when up against properties I have stayed at across Italy and south of France with similar reputations as this one which is disappointing to see…. Disappointed for the price point we have paid it does not stand up in relation to its service. At breakfast, the service got progressively worse each day to the point we had to go to the bar and order our own coffees an was told with an hour left on breakfast that “orange juice has finished!?’’ despite other guests around us being served orange juice after this statement…not very attentive and a lack of genuine hospitality at times from some members of staff. On one occasion our room had not been serviced during the day, we rang reception to request fresh towels at a bare minimum…. the staff were not apologetic and 30 minutes later no sign which meant my partner had to walk and request them in person which again had a turn around time of 20 minutes, not great when we had a dinner reservation that we were then late for! I am an avid padel player and the price point of this property should include access to the padel court included in the price. 60 euros for an hour is not competitive at all and again restricts facilities of this property. Would be great to have staff organise daily sessions for the facilities they have on-site which would be inclusive of your stay. Pickleball, tennis and padel courts were completely un-used during my stay… such a waste! Definitely recommend a car for getting around and seeing the area and eating at different places each night. Overall, Sardinia is beautiful, the pool areas and beach areas are amazing with plenty of space and comfortable loungers and shade. Service, pricing and hospitality is not that of similar properties across Europe and the world to which I have stayed at over the last 5 years. Would not recommend nor will I return to this establishment currently. I am not looking for the typical response from management on here about standards and quality must be preserved as from staying here that was not the case. Managing directors only cared about the people with expensive jewellery and clothing. Everyone else staying there was invisible!"
CPH | Pevero Hotel
"The staff were exptional, I haven’t had such excellent service in a hotel before. And I have been to very many hotels in my long life. The environment is very peaceful and beautiful, the rooms are very clean but small, so the bathrooms are all the same."
Romazzino, A Belmond Hotel, Costa Smeralda
"We spent our wedding anniversary at Romazzino. This is by far the best Hotel in the world I have seen - and I have seen many. The property is magic: breakfast with sea view on the terrace, lunches by the beach, the incredible spa, and the open air gym - they are so spectacular. The beach club is in a protected bay where the sea is so crystal clear that is a favorite destination for the megayachts. The staff is welcoming, warm and kind, and always anticipates your needs. The porperty is immaculate: from the garden, to the beach facilities, to the restaurants. Romazzino is so well managed. We were lucky enough to meet the GM - Alessandro D’Allocchio - who welcomed us and made us feel at home right away. The GM was always present and you could see that type ofnattention to details is at the basis of the perfection of our experience. A truly magical experience. Romazzino is unparalleled: luxurious and yet understated. A wonder, but not in your face. It has become our go-to happy place"
Felix Hotels - Hotel Airone
"Just returned from a week’s stay at hotel Airone, lovely hotel rooms clean comfortable, the staff were amazing and each and everyone of them went out of their way to assist and made our stay even more enjoyable, would highly recommend this hotel "
Felix Hotels - Country Resort Parco Degli Ulivi
"If you are seeking peace and serenity, then this is the hotel for you! We enjoyed beautiful grounds of the hotel, immaculate view from the swimming pool and restaurant, peaceful evenings at our room terrace. You do need a car to get around as the hotel is about 20 – 30 min to the nearest beach. But we didn’t mind it as it gave us the opportunity to get acquainted with the island. "
Relais Villa Carola
"The service is Amazing!!! Open your door and enjoy the view while you stay at this beautiful location buried in the hillside. The staff are all incredibly helpful, and they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great! Breakfast is included"
Aethos Sardinia
"First of all, the hotel is built on the mountain and has an Italian style. The view overlooking the bay is also very good. The scenery of the skyline swimming pool is also very beautiful. 2. However, the sound insulation effect of the hotel room is very poor. Not only can you hear the voices in the next room, but the sound of people walking upstairs and on the stairs is also not soundproof. It greatly affects the rest in the room and the feeling is very bad. We have given feedback and communicated with the person in charge of the hotel, and their answer is: This is a countryside style, the sound insulation effect is like this, there is no way. As a result, I couldn't sleep peacefully for two nights and was often woken up at night. Feeling very bad. 3. The food in the restaurant: can be described with very bad words. First of all, the ingredients are not fresh and some fruits are obviously rotten, as evidenced by the photos. Secondly, the dishes provided do not taste fragrant. I don’t know if it’s the chef’s cooking skills or the cooking method that’s different! It feels far from the standard of a five-star hotel. I chose a lot of dishes, but almost none were delicious. As for the Italian restaurants around us, we felt that they were both delicious and delicious. The overall feeling is that the restaurant level of this hotel is far below the five-star standard, not even three-star. Third, we ate at the front of the restaurant, which was very nice, but we were surrounded by swarms of bees or wasps. They were unscrupulous and plundered food directly from the dinner plate. Not only was the food contaminated, but we were also worried about being stung by them. There was no time to enjoy the beautiful scenery. 4. I originally booked this hotel because it is close to the seaside and has an Italian style. Due to the above-mentioned bad feelings, we had to change to other nearby hotels. The price was half cheaper than here, and the experience was much better than this. Therefore, we feel that this hotel is not consistent with such a high price and five-star rating. The joyful mood of the first two nights when I came to Sardinia for the first time was greatly affected. 5. Communicate and coordinate with the person in charge of the hotel (assistant manager) when leaving the hotel, and truthfully respond to the above issues. They apologized for this, but had no other remedies. After asking the manager for instructions, they agreed to waive the value-added tax we should have paid when we arrived at the store and a salad (it was extremely unpalatable and was returned on site). . Our request: Since the hotel for these two nights was fully prepaid in advance, the hotel has no authority to give us any other compensation. As a loyal customer of Ctrip, I hope you will verify the above situation and give us corresponding compensation if possible. Make amends to soothe our wounded hearts. Thank you."
Sporting Hotel Tanca Manna
"The scenic views are exceptional, and access to a personal vehicle is highly recommended for optimal exploration. The surrounding beaches also offer considerable appeal."

Hotel Piccolo Pevero
"Excellent value for money. Perfect location, just steps from the beautiful Piccolo Pevero beach. A quiet hotel with a good breakfast. Very friendly staff. This isn't my first time staying here, and I'll definitely be back."
Hotel Pedra Santa
"The hotel is very old; there's no elevator to get directly to your room; you have to climb stairs. We got a room overlooking a rock, so you couldn't see outside and hardly any light came in. They don't provide beach towels, meaning if you're flying in, you'll have to bring your own. We were given the option to pay €5 a day per towel. The TV is very old; it's not a smart TV, so you can only watch Italian channels, and it's very small. The double bed is two small beds pushed together, and the mattresses are old and not very comfortable. The bathroom is terrible, with no design, and a horrible smell of plumbing. The pool is quite small for the number of guests; some days there weren't even any free sunbeds. The photo doesn't show it, but the pool is colorful. There were quite a few insects. The only good things were probably the views and the terrace. The dinner was quite delicious, but small and expensive."
Club Esse Cala Bitta
"Great stay"
Hotel Pedra Santa
"We stayed at this hotel from May 27 to 30, 2022, for a well-deserved break, enjoying breakfast and dinner in two beautiful, separate junior suites. The location is fabulous: Hotel Li Graniti is perched high on a hill overlooking the Costa Smeralda gulf, just a few kilometers from Baia Sardinia, and the view is simply breathtaking. There are beautiful outdoor verandas where you can enjoy drinks, aperitifs, or breakfast with a sea view. The staff is very friendly and professional; we were greeted warmly from the moment we arrived at reception, where they handed over our luggage and were extremely welcoming. The suites assigned to us were very large, clean, and well-furnished, equipped with every comfort, including an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the cool air and the view. The restaurant has a very kind and friendly maître d', as are all the staff, who are attentive to the needs of their guests. The bartender was also very kind and competent, and excellent aperitifs can also be enjoyed poolside. Overall, the overall experience is more than positive. We had a great time, and didn't suffer from the heat because the breeze was always there. It's an experience worth repeating; we highly recommend it. Thanks to all the staff, starting with reception, for their attention to detail. We're quite demanding people, and they met every expectation. We'll definitely be back."
Blu Hotel Morisco
"We were disappointed with our stay, as the hotel did not quite meet the standards expected from a 4-star property. The bathroom and shower could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and the breakfast lacked the healthy and varied options we were hoping for. When we asked for a fruit knife, the response from the restaurant staff was unprofessional and not very helpful. At the pool bar, there was also some confusion with the billing, and our drinks were almost charged twice. Overall, the experience fell short of what we expected for this rating, and there is room for improvement in both service and cleanliness."
Cervo Hotel, Costa Smeralda Resort
"The service couldn’t be any better but facilities could be improved."
W Sardinia - Poltu Quatu
"We live in Roma and visit Costa Smeralda/other parts of Sardegna multiple times/year as the island is one of our “happy places”. On our last trip we decided to try out the new W property...AMAZING! Highlights: — location, design and staff all incredible — contemporary yet still feels very “Sardinian” — fab pool/lounge area, sexy inside bar/lounge — excellent breakfast overlooking a yacht-filled marina — new gym & a nice beach club — property close to many restaurants, beach clubs, etc., so easy to explore surrounding area — gorgeous, bright rooms with great beds — friendly & high service-oriented staff We especially want to thank Erica (beyond lovely!) & Luciano @ the front desk, Santiago @ the beach club and Sofia @ the restaurant (thanks again for the very thoughtful gift…I’m still working on my Italian!), who all made us feel very much at home. We look forward to returning next summer!"
Colonna Resort, a Colonna Luxury Beach Hotel, Porto Cervo
Hotel Grand Relais Dei Nuraghi
"What a place! Every single member of staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious (usual continental breakfast buffet, alongside several cooked options to order - omelettes were great). Room 230 was spacious, well appointed and spotless. Pool and bar area were relaxing, with a stunning view across the bay (yes, you can see Phi Beach Club but any sound from there is very faint). The walk into the resort is a ten minute stroll - maybe a bit longer in higher temps. The hotel’s private beach is nice (3 min walk), with loads of beds and some cabanas. We didn’t need to get up early to get one either. We ate there three evenings as the food was excellent. There is a great pianist in the bar most evenings - if you want a range of ‘entertainment’ and activities in the evening, you’ll need to go into the resort. Basically, it’s a stunning, relaxing place that’s rightly proud of what it is - so don’t expect karaoke, baked beans and The Red Lion pub."
Hotel Pitrizza
"Disappointed... breakfast with packaged, industrialized products, few cheese options, breakfast like a 3-star hotel perhaps... insects in the rooms, ants and spiders, bees and flies... get used to it, you'll have to live with these little friends!!! Old facilities, URGENTLY in need of renovation!!! Friendly staff and beautiful views. In case of bad weather you won't have anything to do, because the hotel offers NO entertainment and no spa worthy of a 5-star hotel, only massages and a gym! Hotel that has stopped in time!!! If you want a vacation with a good breakfast and to enjoy the hotel, don't come!!!!"
La Corte di Pulicinu
"Nice place to stay for some days. Near multiple beaches and places to visit. Wonderful garden with a pretty pool."
Hotel Micalosu
"I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Micalosu. The staff was incredibly friendly, adding a personal touch to my stay. The warm hospitality made it a memorable and enjoyable visit. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and welcoming stay."
Hotel Citti
"This is not a 3 stars hotel..."
Moma Hotel Cannigione
"Delightful little hotel! We stayed for whole week in April in the lovely, 10 room hotel. Set in fabulous raised grounds, all rooms have a beautiful view over the extensive valley and mountains beyond, the sea/bay is just visible to the left. You will need a car to get here. The staff are amazingly friendly and attentive, we really felt welcomed all throughout our stay. The grounds are well kept and the terrace bar is beautiful, you can eat breakfast here and there is a small selection of side dishes and a daily limited choice of food available, good value as well. We presume the terrace bar is popular with non-guests as well. The bar prices were fair. The whole hotel has a private/exclusive feel to it. I would say that the rooms are lovely, but I guess a little bit dated now compared to other "boutique" style hotels, but they were ok. Maybe time for a refresh? Beds comfy. A basic clean is done daily. They were certainly good enough for what we paid in April. Although we found the hotel on Booking we then booked direct for a much better price, even with my Genius discounts. Book direct! The breakfasts were good although not much of a variation through the week, lovely though. So thank you to all the staff at the hotel, you made us feel very welcome, comfortable and we throughly enjoyed our stay!"
