"While we stayed near the end of the season, the Grand Relais Dei Nuraghi is an exceptional hotel. The rooms are nearly all suites in the grounds, all with their private patios or balconies. The hotel's restaurant is exceptional, so much so that we ate there four nights out of seven. The maitre d' Ernesto is a credit to the hotel. Residents enjoy access to a small but delightful private beach with its own beach bar. An outdoor nightclub, Phi Beach is nearby, but this closed for the summer several weeks before our visit - so no thumping music to disturb our sleep!"

"I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Micalosu and can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. Located in a panoramic position with breathtaking views of the Costa Smeralda, this hotel offers the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. Rooms: The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated in a typical Sardinian style. The view from our balcony was simply stunning, with the sea stretching out to the horizon. Amenities: The hotel’s pool is a true gem, surrounded by lush greenery and offering incredible views of the sea. We spent many hours relaxing by the pool, enjoying the peace and quiet. The breakfast buffet was rich and varied, with options for all tastes, and the restaurant served delicious local cuisine. Staff: The hotel staff were exceptional, always friendly and ready to accommodate our every need. They provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and beaches to visit. Location: The hotel is conveniently located a short distance from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda and the picturesque villages of Cannigione and Arzachena. It is an ideal base for exploring the natural beauty of Sardinia. Conclusion: I highly recommend Hotel Micalosu to anyone seeking a relaxing holiday in an enchanting setting. We will definitely return in the future for another stay in this little piece of paradise."

"Hello, Our stay was very good. The staff was charming. The hotel is very well located, with an exceptional location, shops, bars, and restaurants just below the hotel, and the beach 50 meters away. The trees and plants are well-maintained, and the view from the terraces is superb. The only downside is the paid parking, and the pool is large, but the backsplashes are dirty, and the bedding is a little hard."

"yes the Location was fine Proximity to major attractions, beach, city center, or transport hubs. Surrounding environment is nice scenery if you have a walk -Check-in & Reception Experience No friendliness on the check-in process. missing Professionalism and helpfulness of front desk staff. -Room Quality & Comfort The rooms was outdated, needs maintenance, no window , very old style rooms, no amenities in general, not attractive at all. Bed comfort, linens, and pillow basic quality. -Food & Beverage Experience Quality, variety of breakfast was terrible for me that i don't eat sugar, same ham & cheese for the all 5 days i guess if for the all season, we do not find any products from Sardinia at all in the breakfast , all packet food, no good honey, no yogurt, i had to eat watermelon , i bad coffee and 1 ham for the all 5 days, this is shameful, we go to Sardinia to eat Sardinia products. coffee only from machines with water and Syrup juices, and no fresh juices at all. Only 1 evening a stop for dinner , my tuna steak arrived after 2 minutes i asked for, i guess was ready cooked and serve it to me. Poor Service , people never smile, very poor mentality service , no ideal for a holidays guests Facilities & Amenities the Pool was just ok, anyway outdated, very shallow to swim no facilities at all, no gym or anything else. No Value for Money no Fairness of pricing compared to quality received. Overall Atmosphere was very dull, no ambience, no decor of the resort. Needs a 360 renovation and vision."

"We didn't like Porto Cervo at all. It was a city built by modern people from wasteland. It has no cultural foundation and gives people a fake feeling. The waiters' attitude is also hypocritical. The prices are extremely high, and the restaurant's food is not authentic. This dissatisfaction has affected our correct evaluation of this hotel. We do not recommend it."

"A lovely luxury hotel. Modern spacious rooms with good sized bathroom and great views from the balcony. The food was excellent for breakfast and evening meal. The staff were friendly and very professional. Great tips on where to visit from our waitress. Thoroughly recommend this hotel, I’m sure we will visit again."

Hotel Cala di Volpe, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Costa Smeralda

"The location is beautiful with sea views to the misty hills beyond, idyllic. The hotel has the facilities but the building itself is old- and there comes a point where rustic becomes plain tired and no amount of white paint can hide that fact. The main restaurant reflects the hotel’s age, the breakfast buffet is cramped and I have seen better offerings in lesser hotels, but service is generally good- and occasionally exceptional. The elephant in the room is the prices- €18 for two coffees…….no the hotel is not that special. It’s ten minutes by taxi to Porto Cervo- €40 each way and they claim their credit card machine doesn’t work. I have no problem paying for value, but this hotel needs to up its game- it isn’t as good as it thinks it is!"
