There is no parking lot, but I didn't find it too inconvenient as I used a parking lot nearby where I could park freely. Cooking utensils, washing machines, clothes drying racks, etc. are also provided, so I think it's a good choice for those staying multiple nights or those with children. It's right in the middle of the bar district, but I don't think it's a big deal if you're bringing children. There's a 7 store on the first floor, and there are several supermarkets nearby where you can buy delicious side dishes, so you can enjoy your meal without having to force yourself to eat out, which is very convenient. Overall, there are no major problems, but the former snack bar has been renovated into a room. Therefore there are no windows in the room. In addition, the minpaku floor is all rooms, but there are snacks and cabaret clubs in the building, so it is not recommended to bring small children. I think it's perfect for adults only to go to a bar town. Also, there is no parking lot, so I used a nearby parking lot (it takes about 5 minutes on foot and has the maximum charge), but it costs that much to get in and out, so I don't think I'm stupid.
