One of the best resorts I have ever been to. Everything is a USP here. The staff, the food, the management. Food is one of the best vegetarian food I ever had. The vibe of the place spells peace, tranquility, safety. I stayed alone for five days and each day was amazing. Everyone should go to this place at least once and I bet you will get hooked!!

The property was not maintained properly.
Rooms lacked proper ventilation and AC was installed in the wrong place resulting in delay in cooling the room.
The swimming pool was not clean.
Food was quite expensive with very limited options and service was delayed.
Not a value for money Resorts.

Property location , services and food were good. The cleanliness of the room was not up to mark. The swimming pool was not maintained properly. Overall the experience was good because of the people.

Food quality is good.
But buffet is compulsory. NO A La carte option.
No room service. No intercom working.
TV wasnt working.
AC temperature was fixed, Cant be changed.
No Tea/Coffee mugs provided in room.
Property was clean but verandah / balcony wasnt. chairs were covered with dust in verandah

The experience was great. Sushant and Dilip were very helpful in the restaurant area. Reception boy also helped us in minor issues. overall staff was very supportive and property was clean and safe.

Had my wedding here on 03/02/25. Best experience in between nature and huge green property. Great service and the food will put you in a coma. Totally recommend. Special thanks to Ranjit and Rachana for taking good care of our guests. Will visit again.

We, a group of around 15 friends had stayed at Modi's Resort for a night. The Resort is quite big and has a lot of open spaces with lush green cover and provides spaces for outdoor games like cricket, badminton etc. The swimming pool is quite big with a covered deck area. The rooms in individual cottages, though a little dated are quite spacious and clean & provide all the basic amenities. The service provided by all the staff right from the Front desk to the Housekeeping and Restaurant area were excellent. The USP of the Resort is the food they serve....absolutely top notch. All the dishes we were served right from the Lunch, Hi tea and Dinner on Day one and the Breakfast on Day two was absolutory lip smacking and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Over all, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Resort.
