Sophie was outstanding!!!! The room she gave us was simply perfect. Loved the decor. Pinball downstairs was so fun. The breakfast basket every morning started my day with the biggest smile. That extra effort was amazing. The only recommendation I would have would be a fan and an in room safe. Thank you so much for everything. You are our new Asheville hotel!

Oh my goodness! I love the Restoration Hotel in Asheville. It was amazingly clean. The amenities went above and beyond. I loved the little breakfast basket delivered to my door. My husband and I are already planning another night stay.

Wonderful hotel, excellent stay. There is a great indoor parking garage behind the hotel with EV charging. Can't wait to go back. Loved the breakfast baskets.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was very helpful with suggestions for the area or any questions we had. It’s close to everything. It has great dining options as well. Would stay here everytime.
