Actually, the CP value is quite high
I want a room of my own and it's not expensive
It's just older
The gate will be closed at 11pm
Enter and exit from the side door
About 800 meters from the station
advantage:
1. Go further and there is a fresh food supermarket
2. The room is small but well-equipped
3. There is an elevator and public baths for men and women
shortcoming:
The whole building is very old

The price is cheap and I'm satisfied if I just want to stay. The large public bath is also helpful. There are delicious restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so it's convenient.

The bed was made, but there were two visible pieces of garbage about 2 cm in size, which was unpleasant. The front desk lady's manner of speech and service was excellent. However, I think it would have been nice if they had explained to us at check-in about the need to speak to lock the door to the large public bath and the cups to be used in the room. There aren't many people there, and if you don't lock the door, the large public bath is scary. It may be unavoidable because it's cheap, but the large window glass of the hotel is cloudy, dusty, and dirty when viewed from the inside. The location is convenient, but I will never stay here again.

The hotel is located far away from Ashikaga Station. It is a straight road with pedestrian paths, but it takes 15 minutes to walk to push suitcases. The room facilities are relatively old, and it is family-run and only speaks simple English.

I stayed there for one night playing golf at a nearby golf course.
The staff were kind and helpful. There is a parking lot and it's close to the station, so I think it's convenient.
