The hotel room was spacious, but the bathroom was separate and a short walk away. Even though it was close, it was quite cold! Right across the street is a golf club, so you can literally wake up and walk a minute to enjoy a great breakfast!

Most things at Minshuku Asogen were fine, but the shower water made my hair extremely sticky — almost like it was coated with something. It became tangled and rough, and I even experienced hair fall. This one issue really made my whole experience bad.

I absolutely loved this guesthouse; it truly embodied the traditional Japanese accommodation style. Although the bathing facilities were located outside the main building, each one had its own unique and charming design. We also found some wonderful family-run restaurants nearby. For guests with a car, convenience was excellent, as there was a convenience store just a 5-minute drive away. This guesthouse provided me with a truly comfortable and restful sleep.

The guesthouse is fantastic! While its location might be a bit inconvenient if you don't have a car, as it's quite a distance from the train station, both the rooms and the hot spring baths are very comfortable. They also provide washing machines and vending machines (laundry pods/detergent cost extra). The guesthouse staff offered excellent service; the next day, when I couldn't find a bus, they even drove me directly to the station. I'm truly grateful for that! I would definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Loved the place, stayed in a tatami room. Very nice private hot spring bath outside, very clean, of a little dated. Breakfast was good, 7 out of ten. Would love to come again.
