Excellent hot spring facility. The breakfast has plenty of variety and food quality was good. Unfortunately they assigned the incorrect room type to us but that was immediately rectified.

The Golf Course with view of Mt Aso is beaitiful. We opted for dinner and breakfast and both meals were very good. Service staff were friendly and helpful. The drive in to the hotel is rather far, good to have your own car. The hotel has shuttle service as well.

The room was a bit small, and the towels had a really unpleasant, sour smell – it was honestly unbearable. I wasn't very satisfied. The room view was decent, but overall, the place felt quite old and outdated. The transportation wasn't convenient. Overall, it was just an average experience.

Terrible value for money. The Indian guy at the front desk was completely clueless about everything. The room was tiny and the facilities were extremely basic.

The room was good even it was a bit old. There were table tennis 🏓 to play; spring spot was nice.

Everything is peaceful and good

We stayed here for one night, the hotel is located in a golf club, the view from our room is magnificent. Food and onsen are good beyond our expectations. However, the hotel is a bit old and the facilities are quite outdated. Overall, this hotel provides good value for money.

Inside a beautiful golf course and easy driving to Aso Mountain

The attitude of staff there were extremely bad. Not willing to help and gave us a long face! Will not recommend this hotel to others for sure!

A resort hotel that’s due for an upgrade as it’s showing it’s age. Service is average for foreigners as they don’t speak much English. While the buffet dinner is still great, there’s a lack of variety so 1 night stay is sufficient. The hotel is quite obsessed over hygiene at the buffet table.

Very nice and very Comfortable

Check-in was smooth, and although it was supposed to be just for small children, they said it was okay to have a festival and play games! There were several types of shampoo and conditioner to choose from in the large public bath, which was very satisfying! There was a bit of a gap between check-in and dinner, so we went to the bath and then went to dinner. Dinner ended at 9 o'clock, so we were rushed for about an hour, which was a bit disappointing...

The old hotel has excellent facilities, but it's outdated. The surrounding scenery is superb.
