I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. Fantastic location, very convenient and easily accessible by all types of transport, except taxis. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The double-glazed windows did a great job blocking out noise from traffic and nearby trains. Everything was very clean. The only thing missing is a partnership with a local taxi company, which would make things even more convenient.

We stayed 1 night in Ibis Maubeuge, while making a 5 day bicycle trip. Hotel is next to the bus station at a busy street, but quiet at night. It is a typical Ibis hotel. Clean and friendly. We were able to put our bicycles in a safe place for the night. Good breakfast. Maubeuge is not a nice town, but the hotel is very close to the Ravel bicycle routes and the Voie Verte de l'Avesnois.

Gut gelegenes Hotel zur Stadt wie zum Bahnhof. Sauber und zweckmäßig. Leider kein Internet-PC (aber das scheint in Frankreich so zu sein) und das Begrüßungsgetränk fiel kleiner aus, wie auf der Karte angegeben (25 cl statt 33 cl). aber sonst alles in Ordnung.

El hotel está bien de relación calidad/precio. Desayuno bien pero si llegas un poco antes de la hora del cierre te ponen mala cara y te encuentrascon el buffet a medio recoger y la recepcionista srta. Míriam te enseña el reloj como regañandote por el retraso. El resto del personal muy amable salvo esta recepcionista srta Míriam que actúa antipática y distante con el cliente. Además parece que no entiende nada de lo que dices.. yo hablo un inglés medio/alto pero ella a pesar de que lo habla fatal para estar en un puesto así no pone atención. Desgraciadamente yo me hospedé ahí por acompañar a mi hijo que está ingresado en un hospital a causa de un accidente grave. El personal lo sabía y todos buen trato, solo está persona fue muy poco empatica... El director estaba de vacaciones y yo creo que no debe confiar en una persona así.

obligée de rester loger là car pas de train cet hôtel proche de la gare de Maubeuge m'a dépannée par son accueil mais peu de moyens informatiques on n'a pas pu me dire à quelle distance on était de la Belgique et malgré tout j'étais stupéfaite du prix 90 euro pour une nuit salle de bains en plastique préformé au sol usé un seul gobelet en carton et deux maigres serviettes de toilette une odeur lancinante de tabac froid moisissure sur la clim poussière ascenseur sale bref ça valait 50 euro pas plus literie correcte et l'eau de la douche presque trop chaude kentucky fried chicken à proximité bref c'était un dépannage
