Premier Inn Astana ★★★★
"We stayed at the hotel because of its proximity to the US Consulate. It's really just a leisurely walk away. It's perfectly fine for an overnight stay. However, the soundproofing was terrible. You could hear every word spoken in the next room. Sleeping was difficult."
Hilton Garden Inn Astana ★★★★
Located right opposite the Khan Shatyr, this hotel features a sauna and a cosy lobby fireplace — a prime spot on Nurzhol Boulevard for both business trips and sightseeing.
CAPS LOCK Future Hotel ★★★
"Great controls inside the pod with lighting, mirror, charger etc. Good clean shared bathrooms. Only thing stopping this from being a perfect stay was no air-conditioning inside the pod - stuffy and hard to sleep."
Best Western Plus Astana ★★★★
"Thank you for your help to give me higher floor, and your English is very impressively good."
Holiday Inn Express ASTANA - TURAN by IHG ★★★
An IHG hotel near Khan Shatyr with breakfast included — a practical base for business trips.
Hampton by Hilton Astana Triumphal Arch ★★★
"We had good time at the hotel. The amenities are nice and new, breakfast was delicious, but coffee had no taste😅 The location is brilliant if you want to stay close to the city center and avoid traffic jam. There's an exchange office with a reasonable course close to the hotel, if you need some cash after arrival."
Caps Lock Airport Hotel ★★★
Bekarys Hotel ★★
"The room was very clean, and I was pleased with the view. Breakfast is free if you book online, but you have to pay for it if you book offline. It's also very close to the subway station. Definitely worth experiencing!"
Saad Hotel Astana ★★★★★
"Really nice hotel clean and hospitality on top. Central location aswell"

Ramada by Wyndham Astana
"This is a brand-name hotel, and everything was pretty standard, which was satisfactory. However, the service was a bit lacking. Due to our flight schedule and airport transfer, we wanted to request a one-hour late checkout but were flat-out denied. We had no choice but to store our luggage and wait in the lobby."
Hotel Absolute
"Very nice hotel absolute Nice spacious room comfortable bed nice shower Breakfast was good also plenty to choose from Pool and sauna was good also The staff was very helpful for me especially Din he helped me throughout my stay with information and taxis Recommend this hotel"
Jumbaktas Hotel
"My expectations were not met. As soon as I arrived at reception, I was told that the spa would cost an additional 10,000 tenge ($20) for each entrance. Nowhere on the website did it say that there was a charge for this (for my room type). They said that the free spa was available in "business" rooms, but my room was also very good and cost only 1,500 tenge less than a business room ($3). But I couldn't book it because it was occupied. I offered to pay extra for a formal upgrade without moving rooms so that I could use the spa for free, but they told me that this was not possible and that I had to pay. This upset me greatly. On top of all this, the shower in the room worked very poorly. I had to wait 20-25 minutes for hot water. The reception explained to me that this was normal. The room was cleaned very poorly. When I first arrived, there were dark stains in the bathroom of unknown origin (maybe coffee), but during my week-long stay, nothing was cleaned up. The cleaners came WITHOUT KNOCKING. Without warning, which caught me off guard. They even came to clean very late after lunch, even though the reception desk said that the cleaners only work until lunchtime. Because of this, they refused to let me check out later at my request, as my flight was in the evening. I was told that I could check out two hours later, but then another girl abruptly said after my breakfast that no, we can't do that for you."
Kazzhol Hotel Astana
"Not bad at all."
Rush Hotel
"Polite staff, clean room, I would like to have more choice of food for breakfast, overall not bad."

"I stayed for three nights, and the room was perfect—spacious, clean, had everything I needed, and was quiet. I had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and everything was excellent: fresh, filling, and no waiting time. The location is convenient, close to the center, and there are shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, it's a great option and meets my expectations. I recommend it."
