A plump female hotel employee rudely knocked and entered the room without my permission, forcibly demanding I check out. Her reason was that the hotel reservation showed I should check out before 1:00 AM that night. Please note, this is 1:00 AM, not 1:00 PM. I checked my reservation on my phone, which showed check-in at 1:30 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM. But she said my system was different from hers, and her system was the one that mattered. I asked her to go out and check with her manager. She returned less than five minutes later, rudely knocked again, opened the door without permission, and reiterated that she had checked and it was indeed before 1:00 AM. I said this was absolutely absurd. I said, "What country's guests book to check out at 1:00 AM? She'll have to wait several hours until dawn; where will she sleep?" I told her this was absurd, completely ridiculous, and defied common sense. Then, she insisted I leave immediately. If I weren't a strong man, and I were a young woman, I think she would have tried to drag me away. Later, she made a phone call to her colleague, who probably told her she had the time wrong; it should be check-in before 1 PM, not check-out. Only then did she realize her mistake and stop bothering me. But she left, slamming my door shut without even an apology. This kind of employee behavior, making such a ridiculous and basic mistake, is laughable and shouldn't happen in a hotel like this. A rather heavy-set female hotel employee repeatedly knocked on the door and then entered my room by using her key card, without my permission. She insisted that I had to check out immediately. Her reason was that, according to the hotel’s reservation system, I was supposed to check out before 1:00 a.m. today. Please note: she meant 1:00 a.m., not 1:00 p.m. I immediately checked the booking information on my phone. My reservation clearly showed a check-in time of 1:30 p.m. and a check-out time of 12:00 p.m. — noon. However, she insisted that her system was different from the system shown on my phone, and that I had to follow her system. I asked her to leave the room and confirm the information with her manager. Less than five minutes later, she came back, again knocked aggressively on the door, and once again opened the door without my permission. She told me that she had checked again and that I still had to leave before 1:00 a.m. I told her that this was absolutely absurd. I asked her: In what country would a guest normally be expected to check out at 1:00 a.m. in the middle of the night? If a guest were forced to leave at that time, they would still have several hours to wait until daylight. Where would they be expected to sleep? This was completely unreasonable and simply made no sense. It was not consistent with basic common sense. Nevertheless, she continued insisting that I had to leave immediately. If I had been a young woman rather than a physically strong man, I honestly felt that she might even have tried to physically pull me out of bed. Eventually, she made another phone call to one of her colleagues and apparently received clarification that she had made a mistake with the time. It seems that the “1:00” in the system referred to the check-in time, not the check-out time. Only then did she finally realize her mistake and stop disturbing me. However, when she left, she slammed my room door shut and did not offer even a single word of apology. I find the quality of service provided by this employee extremely unacceptable. Making such an absurd and basic mistake is one thing, but repeatedly disturbing a guest, entering the room without permission, insisting that the guest leave immediately, and then leaving without even apologizing is completely unacceptable for a professional hotel. I find the whole incident both ridiculous and deeply disappointing. This level of service should never happen at a hotel. Given the extremely poor service quality I experienced, I cannot recommend this hotel to other guests. I strongly suggest that the hotel management review this incident seriously and improve the training and professional standards of its staff. "I had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, with a good bed and four pillows (two soft, two firmer). There was also a kettle, an iron, and an ironing board in the room. The shower had body wash, shampoo, hair conditioner, and body lotion. The blackout curtains were thick. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning remote control glowed at night if you slept with it on (we didn't figure out if there was a way to turn off the light). We stayed for three days, one of which was a full day (night, day, morning) – on the second day, the towels were changed, and water was replenished. The staff was unobtrusive, and the breakfasts, which were included, were good. If I were to visit this city again, I would definitely stay at this hotel."

The room is spacious, but the bathroom is a bit cramped. Instead of air conditioning, there's a fan. The windows face the road, so it was noisy almost all night. It's tolerable for a transit stop for one night. Bus 48 goes to the train station, and it takes about 30 minutes."
