"There is very little space both in the common areas and inside the capsule. The mattress is uncomfortable, and the bed linen has an unpleasant smell. The entrances to the capsules are directly in the passageway: some are opposite the kitchen, while others are opposite the bathroom. The passageway is narrow. In practice, only one person can use the shower room at a time. There is also only one separate toilet. The only positive thing is the staff. However, I will never stay here again and would not recommend it."

"The hotel is excellent. Convenient location, there is a parking lot under the barrier. Slippers, brushes, hair dryer, shower gel are available in the room. On the floor there is an iron with an ironing board. At the reception they offered to exchange the room from two single beds for one double bed, we did not refuse. Breakfast buffet, the choice is not big, but there is something to choose from and tasty food. Water is left in the room, and there is also a cooler on the 1st floor, you can always pour it into your bottle. There is a heated pool, in the morning the water is cool, but by lunchtime it warms up. There is a billiard table (for an additional fee) I recommend the hotel"

"The room is interesting and spacious, the service is good, and the view from the window is decent. The bed is absolutely magnificent, and the photos turn out well. There's a buffet breakfast. There's also a fitness center with a pool nearby, included in the service, but it's quite depressing – the hotel should be ashamed to offer something like that. As for the downsides, some things don't work, some are worn out, the remotes are faulty, the plumbing leaks, the shower doors don't close properly, and the water drains slowly. The AC in the bedroom doesn't work, and the windows are dirty, which is a shame for a room with a view. If you can overlook all these issues, it's quite good for the price (9,400 rubles for three people, a 98 sqm room, #905, with a view of Baiterek). Owners, get these things fixed, and it would be a gem!"

"The hotel's location is excellent. There are many restaurants and a supermarket within a 3-minute walk, and all the major attractions are nearby. A large shopping mall with everything you could need is also just a 5-minute walk away. Facilities: Not brand new, but perfectly acceptable. The room was a bit small. Cleanliness: Pretty good. Environment: The surrounding area is quite nice. Service: Very good. The room heating worked wonderfully, making for a comfortable stay, even though the room itself was a little on the small side."
