I am really impressed with the kindness, hospitality and service from all the staff at this excellent modern hotel - in an excellent location. Flawless stay. Beautiful suite with really nice welcome of Kazakh wine and a souvenir Yurt in my suite. Meticulously clean, comfortable and really good value too. Can't say enough good things about this superb hotel. Hilton driver met me at airport. Really kind warm welcome. Local tourist suggestions given by front desk. Excellent recommendations. One special employee deserves mention as the friendliest and kindest breakfast waiter I have met in years. Deserves ”Employee of the month”. He delivered the most kind, genuine Kazakh hospitality and just made me feel so welcome. I have a photo below but can't remember his name unfortunately. Highest recommendation for this wonderful hotel - a beautiful building made perfect by truly outstanding, committed and very hard working staff. Excellent English spoken by all I met. Well done and genuine thanks for your kindness and hospitality.

LOCATION: very good location in the city center, it’s so convenient to go everywhere from the hotel. 25min drive from the airport. FOOD: breakfast (if it’s not included in you room rate it costs 9900 KZT). Restaurant and bar work from morning till night, Irish pub works 24h. We ordered food in the room service menu, all dishes was in in front of us in 30 min. FACILITIES: wi-fi, ATM, spa, gym, room service STAFF: very polite and helpful

I've spent 10 days in Sheraton Astana in October 2023. Me and my mom had 2 separate club rooms and both of us really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located next to all the attractions, parks, and a huge shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The club room serves excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and offers soups for lunch. The spa is great as well. But the best part of staying at the hotel is interactions with the staff. Everyone is helpful, polite, has a nice, positive vibe, and truly cares about their guests. All the little issues that we had were resolved promptly and readily. We spent a lot of time in the club room and I would like to thank all the staff there for taking a great care of us. I want to especially mention Olzhas the club lounge manager who made every visit to a club room enjoyable.

The hotel didn't like it at all. We're not going back. Now by items. 1. Every entrance to the room was accompanied by a technique that, by the way, had to always wait for some time. The electronic key access system has long died, apparently. Especially it is angry when the time of the night and very much want to get to the room. 2. When the room was settled, there was no TV, several roasts, again had to meet with the technique.... 3. Cigar bar. Two meetings were held there, the girl service at the bar is amazing. It is almost always no place, wait for order for as long as possible. Make an order/ get an account, you need to go look for it, ask. Amazing service... 4. The restaurant is not bad in general. Ordered in the room. Delicious! Here of course plus, for which were actually and put 2 stars. But even when delivering dinner to the room, the part ordered simply forgot to bring. After the reminder, of course brought.. But as it is in hotel 5⭐️ such service 🤦🏻‍♀️ One word, while the hotel positions itself as 5⭐️ and at such cost of course there must be a completely different level of service. I do not recommend!

The hotel is nice, but the communication cost is too high. The assistant confirmed with me that I booked a high-rise river view room. It turned out that it was not the case at all. My room was given a view of industrial building wasteland The spa is also very strange. When I came in, no one asked me where I lived. I chased after the whole spa to the locker room and asked me if I was a hotel guest. News headlines and the pool is a long walk from the locker room kind of like I have a cold anyway The bar is even more speechless. The Bloody Mary is the worst salty and spicy soup I have ever tasted at St. Regis, like gaspacho. If this soup is called Gorbachev’s life as a cocktail, it is understandable. If Gorbachev comes and tastes it, he will be rejected The hot old tear called the bartender an expert The bartender's comprehension ability is relatively limited, so don't ask too much, almost enough. His cocktail shape can basically make people go back outside Stalingrad. I saw the t34 all over the mountains and plains attacking me. His cocktail tile. It can be called the Soviet nuclear power. It is really a glass of red liquid in a cylindrical round cup, sprinkled with some white powdered cheese I don’t think it’s very pleasant, but it’s very funny. You can come and experience it. There’s a feeling of powerlessness, that is, they really work hard, but they just don’t understand well. What you want and what you get are not the same thing at all.

The location of the hotel is excellent. And a wonderful breakfast too. This is where the positives of the hotel end. It's amazing that the reception listens to you and does nothing. 1) The room was booked for two, the room has one bathrobe and one slippers. Why? They asked to bring everything for the second person, they never waited. 2) The door to the bathroom did not close in the room, again a call to the reception, they really did it. 3) The room was not cleaned and vacuumed and dusted for a week (photo attached). 4) Bed linen was not changed every day, as it was supposed to be, I specifically asked at the reception, but they were changed only when I urgently asked for it. 5) There were no cosmetic wipes in the room, we asked for 5 of them !!!! days, on the 6th day they brought them to us. 6) The window with a beautiful view of the city is dirty, it should be washed. 7) The bar has a menu with different prices. How is this possible? 8) The water in the jacuzzi is cold. We asked the girl who works there about the reason for the cold water, she said that it was broken. And you can list for a long time. Friends, this is a 5 star hotel and you don't live up to those stars. You need to pay attention to the requests and feedback of your guests.

For the amount you pay for the stay the hotel is well beyond the expectations! The rooms are clean, perfect interior, tasty breakfasts. Relatively small rooms, but again for the price they request they are better than most of the hotels and apartments to rent. Nice sitting area downstairs. If you have some time before the flight, but don't want to hang out in the city with the luggage, you can sit here or leave your luggage. Nice and pleasing staff. Generally Hilton Hotels are the best hotels that I have experienced.

Stayed here for a week on a work trip. The room was big, clean and everything worked. My big complaint- Why is there nowhere to put your clothes? There was a bar and about 10 hangers, but no drawers. I had thought the whole point of a hotel was to have somewhere to put your clothes. The beds are great, rooms clean, gym in good order and there's even a supermarket nearby, which is handy when it's -20°C with howling wind.

Returning to Kazakhstan after the years, was very special to me. I wanted to stay in the best hotel of all. Everything is outstanding with this hotel. The lobby is spectacular (it's a special moment when you pass through the doors -special big thanks to the doormen with all your kind smiles). The rooms are large and comfortable. The large walk-in closet is really useful (moreover when you're spending a week). The bathroom is very luxury. All the technology is working well and perfectly useful.And the bed was exquisite.I was immersed in the timeless elegance and luxury that this iconic hotel is known for. Perfection and excellence from the moment we entered the hotel. A warm welcome really set the scene for our stay special thanks to Aigerim ¡). Outstanding in every way and staff simply brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for the hall porters, receptionists and waiting staff and so very glad that we had such a heavenly time. Room exquisite and all aspects of this charming hotel were fabulous. The room was stunning, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The marble bathroom was beautiful with large fluffy towels and lovely toiletries. The food at Ozen restaurant was beyond delicious and the service was impeccable. A very big thank you to the all of the staff as they made our stay a memorable occasion, just want to highlight the names: Nurai, Zhansaya and didn't ask his name, the manager from Karaganda ( only memorized his home place ). The central location allowed me to explore the city's attractions with ease, from Baiterek to Astana Opera. Dining at The Ritz Carlton Restaurant was a culinary journey, with impeccable service and gourmet cuisine. It's exceeded all my expectations, and I eagerly look forward to returning.

In the building a pleasant smell, despite the fact that there are rooms for smoking on every floor. On the second floor there is a fixed computer, where you can work and print documents! Every day in the cost of the room includes - visiting the sauna, it is pleasant after all the truth. And breakfast is worthy - Swedish table + on request for an omlet or egg and freshly cooked coffee ☕️! Everything necessary for a full breakfast - everything is there. Our room was on the 4th floor - large with a massage bath, recreation area and sleep. Cleaning is daily, bedtime every 3 days. And the bathroom equipment with trimmings like : shampoo, gel, razor set, vatty sticks, hat , soap, tooth set was very pleased. Now you rarely find such a combo set in 4**** And Wi-Fi stable speed 👏 Also on the territory of the hotel free parking. There is a refuelling and washing machine! Let's have a family with a small child and we have a very good time! Thank you for your hospitality! I would be happy to return again.

The hotel experience in Kazakhstan was not good (Hotel Ambassador in Almaty) and nothing predicted that it would be much worse in this 4-star new Kazakh capital. As we arrived in a late flight (21.40) from Almaty, we warned the hotel in writing, accusing us of receipt and informing us (up to 3 times) that ”They were looking forward to our arrival”. When the taxi was (as my GPS) 300 m from the hotel I began to worry: dark streets, without asfalt, full of huge hills and with a look of the most truculent (we chose this hotel for its magnificent comments in TA, photos, a very good price and for being in the ”old city”, because the ”new” is very distracted and uncomfortable: very large streets-autoways, large distances ....). After 11:00, we receive a lady with a limited English who engages in paying you in advance for 3 nights reserved. I explain to you that the usual thing around the world (except the US, of course) is to pay for the check-out and that in any case we want to see the room assigned first. After climbing up a climbed stair (other hotel without lift ...y is a 4 stars ¡¡) opens us the door of a room (in the bottom of a very long mocked corridor) in which it was obvious that it had not been done The girl is sorry and doesn't explain it, because she insists that this room was reserved for us. We only think that ”one” has used it illegally (including shower and bathroom, towels, soaps, minibar ...) so we stay with the same poker face as she (the hotel has no more than 20 rooms, it is difficult to understand that the reception staff ”have passed” this irregularity). I remember that we have booked a ”junior suite” and that this room looks lower. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and very comfortable. Our insistance is limited to change towels and replace amenities and !! to pass pieces of toilet paper through the toilet and the washing surfaces ¡¡. We managed to use at least a bayette to clean the middle bathroom in conditions (no aspirator for the dark brown moquette of several centimeters that floods the entire stay). We are not convinced of staying in a room, first, of a lower category than the booked, and second, with such a poor cleaning (we had 3 nights in front). Stayed here for a week with my family. Hotel itself was nice and in a good location. Booked the family room which was big and nice. Breakfast and room service was good. All staff was pleasent and good. Spoke english well and very helpful. The confusion comes with the amentities. You have to have a pass from the front desk for the pool, gym, and everything. I booked and paid for 4 people. The hotel would only give passes for this for 2 people. Not as advertised. Not a child friendly hotel. Kids can not swim in the pool unless they are 13 years old. The pool, gym, and spa are different than hotel. Not easy to use. Have to get a pass and show passports to just use the gym or pool. For adults the hotel would be fine for just 2 people. For a family you need to look at another hotel. I paid a lot for these rooms and amentites and did not get what was advertised.

We have already stayed here, once forgotten the keys to their apartment in another city)) though we lived in Astana for 8 years. Then several times we have settled here friends who have come from Russia for visas to the American Embassy. It is through the road - it is undisputed plus location. Now we moved from Astana. And when the question of obtaining a visa has already been raised for us, without thinking, booked it, on the old memory. The quality of the service has fallen just to zero! Cleaning no!!! We arrived late in the evening with two small children, for a long time could not get to the territory first by taxi (the guard didn't even let the suitcases go). Then they could not get through the homephone. And this is a residential complex, not just a hotel. No instructions anywhere, nobody took care of at least the plates hanging in the entrance... Where to call? On what floor to go up to find a recipient? D6)))) Go to the room, put children in the dark in the bedroom. They started to lay the sofa and lay the second set of clothes, and it was dirty, unsleepy and all in the hair. I call the reception and hear: ”The waitress will come in the morning, now no one is there.” After a long discussion, they all brought the underwear. And in the morning I found that the underwear on which the children slept was dirty too. With the protector from the shoe on the roll. The shells are frozen, the water is not going away. On the third day, I called the supervisor and they allowed the apartment to be vacated by me. They pulled out bottles of pelvis inside of the bed, vacuumed the furry carpet and washed the long-unwashed floor. The raccoon also brought in order. So the number 711 is washed, you can go and live 😂 How we are confused told a friend living in a nearby block, it turns out recently, famous ...drom. Here (in the same building) girls live) When customers visit, they remove these apparatus without leaving the house. So it is not worth sitting here with the children. Yes, toilets with heating, a smart house and all the things. But when it all became awful unclean, pleasant from these chips is not enough.

A great option to rest during a long transplant. Flighted with a friend in Vietnam, saw this hotel and booked two capsules in advance on the way back. We were responded very quickly and confirmed the time. Thanks to the administrator Jazira for professionalism and help on all issues. The capsule is excellent, white-snow, give a towel, you can take a shower. There is wifi, you can charge the phone. Payment in the tenge, exchanger at the airport changes the ruble and dollars. The marble bathroom was beautiful with large fluffy towels and lovely toiletries. The food at Ozen restaurant was beyond delicious and the service was impeccable. A very big thank you to the all of the staff as they made our stay a memorable occasion, just want to highlight the names: Nurai, Zhansaya and didn't ask his name, the manager from Karaganda ( only memorized his home place ). The central location allowed me to explore the city's attractions with ease, from Baiterek to Astana Opera. Dining at The Ritz Carlton Restaurant was a culinary journey, with impeccable service and gourmet cuisine. It's exceeded all my expectations, and I eagerly look forward to returning.

It's amazing that the reception listens to you and does nothing. 1) The room was booked for two, the room has one bathrobe and one slippers. Why? They asked to bring everything for the second person, they never waited. 2) The door to the bathroom did not close in the room, again a call to the reception, they really did it. 3) The room was not cleaned and vacuumed and dusted for a week (photo attached). 4) Bed linen was not changed every day, as it was supposed to be, I specifically asked at the reception, but they were changed only when I urgently asked for it. 5) There were no cosmetic wipes in the room, we asked for 5 of them !!!! days, on the 6th day they brought them to us. 6) The window with a beautiful view of the city is dirty, it should be washed. 7) The bar has a menu with different prices. How is this possible? 8) The water in the jacuzzi is cold. We asked the girl who works there about the reason for the cold water, she said that it was broken. And you can list for a long time. Friends, this is a 5 star hotel and you don't live up to those stars. You need to pay attention to the requests and feedback of your guests.

I booked and paid for 4 people. The hotel would only give passes for this for 2 people. Not as advertised. Not a child friendly hotel. Kids can not swim in the pool unless they are 13 years old. The pool, gym, and spa are different than hotel. Not easy to use. Have to get a pass and show passports to just use the gym or pool. For adults the hotel would be fine for just 2 people. For a family you need to look at another hotel. I paid a lot for these rooms and amentites and did not get what was advertised.

I've spent 10 days in Sheraton Astana in October 2023. Me and my mom had 2 separate club rooms and both of us really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located next to all the attractions, parks, and a huge shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The club room serves excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and offers soups for lunch. The spa is great as well. But the best part of staying at the hotel is interactions with the staff. Everyone is helpful, polite, has a nice, positive vibe, and truly cares about their guests. All the little issues that we had were resolved promptly and readily. We spent a lot of time in the club room and I would like to thank all the staff there for taking a great care of us. I want to especially mention Olzhas the club lounge manager who made every visit to a club room enjoyable.
