Our stay was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect — from the warm hospitality to the beautiful space and peaceful surroundings. My partner and I felt truly relaxed and taken care of. It was even better than we expected. A special thank you to Kostas at the reception — he was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Best 2 star hotel. We had an amazing time there. Kind and helpful staff. All the rooms are renovated and fresh!! The view was breathtaking.

The overall impression of the room was somewhat okay-ish. However, and despite the information provided, there was no proper bathroom and bedroom supplies and beach towels were not provided. The parking lot is substandard and fails to provide adequate parking spaces. The staff preparing breakfast are really making their efforts, yet the selection was very limited or was already depleted at the beginning of the breakfast. The breakfast area lacks sufficient seating for the number of rooms, and cutlery is not always available. Tables are not cleaned throughout breakfast hours, which is downright disgusting. Room service is terrible. The room had not been cleaned for days, and towels were not replaced either. Maintenance work is carried out 8.00 AM, causing significant noise and disturbance.

We stayed at Troulis Aparthotel from June 11 to 20, 2025 and had a fantastic time. The hotel was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, modern, and well-maintained. Our Deluxe Studio with sea view was spotless and comfortable, and the location is perfect — just a short walk from the beach. What really made our stay special was the amazing staff. From day one, the receptionist Kostos was super helpful and gave us great tips on local restaurants and activities. When we mentioned we were interested in something cultural, he recommended a local wine festival featuring 150 wines from all over Crete — and even offered us a ride there! Truly above and beyond. The breakfast staff was also excellent. Everything ran smoothly and they were always happy to help if we asked for extras like more fruit. They remembered us throughout our stay and made us feel genuinely welcome. In short: clean rooms, great location, and incredibly kind and thoughtful staff. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and pleasant holiday on Crete.
