The hotel was great, wonderful service, good food, nice staff overall, however, Fuua spa was a bit disappoint with no extra towels to use. I would suggest to bring a bottle of drinking water or you would have to purchase. We stayed in the mountain side because it was cheaper but the ocean view would be great. You can see ropeway going up and down on the mountain side. Bus runs for free between the station and the hotel every 20 minutes or so. No reservation needed. It’s right in front of McDonalds at the station. Bus is not large. I would suggest to get there a bit early if you want to sit with your company together. You have a half off ropeway discount in the card you get at the check in counter so don’t throw it away after check out the hotel :)

A normal hotel with high rate, poor buffet food, poor room facilities.

Location is great and easy to walk around. Room size is also decent in this popular location.

This place is so relaxing.

Stayed for two nights. The Japanese-style room was quite spacious and the view was really good. The hotel shuttle bus was convenient, but you need to book in advance. There were a lot of people. The buffet was average, not particularly amazing for a night with two meals. I really like the large bathhouse with sea view. The sunset before dinner was the most beautiful!

I had a very enjoyable time. If I have the opportunity, I would like to go again.

The hotel staff had a bad attitude. I booked a twin room, but I could only stay alone. The hotel was very stingy. The environment was average.

The hotel has a shuttle bus from Atami Station to the hotel, and the driver will also help with luggage. The hotel's open-air hot spring is very good. You can watch the Atami Fireworks Festival in the hot spring pool. And the hot spring is like the domestic water. There are food and rest areas. The food is generally buffet style.

There is a free one-time admission hot spring, separate for men and women, full fruit, and a large open-air pool. It would be great to take a bath and watch the fireworks with the same sex. Breakfast and dinner included, enough to keep you full.

The food was delicious. The adjacent spa is also relaxing and worth the price. You can also buy Atami pudding inside the hotel, which you can't buy without waiting in line.

The bath was very spacious and comfortable. I wish the towels in the room were a little thicker.
