The hotel room are spacious They have a heated pool The food in the restaurant is quiet Good One of the best food experience I ever had in hotel and I visited many Only the sea little far away need golf car to go But it is available all time Really recommend it

Location is very good from Cairo ~1:15 hours. Sea water is shallow and boring for swimming. Staff are super friendly (special thanks to Mr Mohamed, the resturant manager). Facility is clean and prestigious but with few resources (one swimming pool, and one resturant). Service is very good. Nearby supermarket, but pharmacy is faraway. Not very friendly for baby strollers/wheelchairs.

The rooms are the best in sokhna area. Meals are also good in Egypt. The buffet dinner is very sincere, just need the waiter to help you pick up the food. The beach needs a shuttle bus, but it is not far away, and you can walk. The swimming pool is nice, and there is a children's area. Lived in stella, movenpick, cancun in sokhna, This jazz is my favorite. Suitable for a weekend from Cairo and a day or two. The beach is of good quality and the water is clear.

This place is fantastic, the staff were amazing. The half board was so good. After a morning of golf to come back to a great meal was very refreshing. The lounge made every evening a great place to unwind and have a bottle of wine. Siad Ali was the man he took care of us ever step of the way. Not to say the rest of the staff didn't because they were also awesome. The beach being so close was awesome for the afternoon before unwinding at the pool. If your going to Egypt and want a relaxing experience with golf also in mind this is the place.

Behavior of reception manager Mr. Mahmoud is not professional at all for transportation between reception and villa (1401) in 17th july No internet access Kettle is not working, replaced after more than one day and two requests Room is not made up during three nights

All the hotel aspect are great ( room , beach , staff ) The food hygiene is terrible the majority of my family got infected with different symptoms , fever , diarrhea , vomiting . We spent only 3 day with 2 night . At the check out all of us were having food poisoning . Some salads were spoiled and we highlighted this to the chefs but they tried to find excuses . The grill station is mixing the tools in both cooked and uncooked meats . It seems they need a compete makeover of their kitchen tools and the head of chefs with addition to quality control and assurance officers .

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received. It has now been 43 days since I requested a refund for my reservation, and despite contacting the hotel daily, there has been no resolution. I have sent multiple emails back and forth with no results. If there is a hotel manager or someone in a higher position I can speak to directly, I kindly ask you to provide their contact details. This matter is urgent and requires immediate attention.

I stayed at Jaz Little Venice Ain Sokhna about 7 years ago and had a great impression back then, so I decided to revisit this July 2025, especially after trying other Jaz hotels in Hurghada and the North Coast. Unfortunately, this visit was shocking and far below expectations. The Beach: The beach was a disaster. There was only one toilet and one shower, both of which were not clean. There wasn’t even a proper foot washing station — just a gardening hose! The beach itself was full of plastic trash that stayed there even the next morning. The sunbeds were dirty, and on the first day, I found seeds (لب) on the sand beneath my chair — absolutely unacceptable for a 5-star resort. Even the bar chairs were unclean. Food: This was the biggest disappointment. My mother and I had an upset stomach after dinner. The food quality was very low, with what was clearly frozen meat, and the turkey tasted off despite looking good. The salads were awful, lacking any freshness. I truly could not believe this was the same hotel chain I used to trust. The only positive point was that the staff prepared a birthday tart for my mother, which was a kind gesture. Other notes: The golf cars between rooms and the beach were fast and efficient — a rare positive. Staff in general were polite and treated us well — which is expected from a chain like Jaz. But overall, between the dirty beach, poor food quality, and hygiene issues, I will never go back again. I'm really sad to say this, but Jaz Little Venice has lost its standards. I hope they seriously reconsider their maintenance and kitchen standards.

The hotel itself was satisfactory, and the pool was enjoyable. However, the nighttime activities were quite dull, offering little to do. The rooftop and shisha experience fell short of expectations, and the service was lacking. Unfortunately, the staff was unfriendly and rude. I cannot recommend this hotel.

We had a wedding in the hotel so we booked 1 night the end of a weekend and front desk knew that we are here for the wedding and we're very friendly during check in and gave us different room options and even gave us a room next to the wedding suite. Came next day they disturbed us at 11;30 by knocking at the door to tell us we need to check out by 12. I called front desk to ask for a late check out as we had a late night and would like to take our time . They said its with fees. And we have guests arriving and we need the room. But if u pay then it's fine! As per policy! It doesn't make sense so if we pay u will make ur guests wait??? After I complained they gave us a free late check out!! So what type of hospitality school is that that??
