Heads up, everyone! Be careful! A mentally unstable person might follow you into your hotel! After I checked in, a strange woman followed me into the elevator in the hotel lobby. I told the staff I didn’t know her, but the woman, who seemed mentally disturbed, kept insisting she knew me and wanted to stay in the same room. I asked the hotel staff for help, but they said there was nothing they could do. Concerned for my safety, I demanded they call the police, but the staff claimed it wouldn’t help. I was trapped near the elevator for almost an hour, on the verge of tears and having a panic attack. Suddenly, a staff member handed me a phone, saying it was the hotel manager. The person on the phone, who claimed to be the manager, was extremely rude and ordered me to leave the elevator immediately or they would call the police. I explained that I was a registered guest and that a stranger was harassing me, and I demanded that the manager call the police. Instead, the manager started yelling at me and refused to take action. Frightened, I quickly handed the phone back to the staff and closed the elevator doors to escape. I spent the entire night in my room, too scared to sleep, and went to the police station the next morning to file a report. Please stay alert and be cautious—I suspect they might be working together.

Firstly, your partner came before your arrival and inform the front desk staff that you and her had a fight for our good luck one of the managers was a witness when your partner explained that to us, also she showed to the manager the conversation that you had with her. Besides all this we didn't want to take place to all this and we explained to your partner that she cannot enter to your room unfortunately because the reservation was on your name so she agreed and waited for you. As soon as you arrived you started fighting with your partner in front of the front desk staff and also in front of all the other guests you kept saying that that wasn't your partner but we had seen the conversation earlier that you kept saying to her that as soon as you arrive here you will say to us that you cannot recognize in order not to stay with you, you kept occupying the elevator with the door open, that's means that nobody of the rest guests can come down or go up and also we had complains about all this situation, the front desk staff with respect kept explaining to you not to shout and that you had to deal with your issue because it was personal outside of the hotel because it was past hour you were both shouting for an hour and for an hour kept occupying the elevator, then one manager called the hotel and explained you politely that you have to stop shouting because we had milions complains and also to stop holding the door of the elevator. Instead get calm you continue being rude to your partner and also to us. Your partner forced to stay to other room and paid extra because she didn't have anywhere to stay in the middle of the night meanwhile because we felt sorry about all this situation caused to her we gave our last room and did a discount also your partner stayed one night and left we have the reservation. The only advice we will give you is to respect the women and the rest of the people, you left a women alone in the middle of the night without a room to stay all that for an argument, we feel sorry about behaviors like you. We tried to help the situation and you kept lying again, you didn't made a case to the police because nobody came to visit us from the police, because this way works just to inform you. Also we cannot understand the meaning of your pictures. You have to feel assamed about your behavior that you have against the women. We don't aprove this rude behavior against the females and you are no longer welcome here, Instead of us the report in the police has to be for you because you are dangerous to everyone.

Excellent location! Close to Acropolis (10 minute walk till Acropolis museum and entrance) Close to Plaka (10-15 minute walk walk) Located in a main street, but quiet. Provides water and coffee in reception. Excellent! Friendly staff. Room newly renovated and clean. Close to many good restaurants. Taxi to airport at about EUR30. Taxi to cruise port at about EUR18.

Wonderful hotel with a great rooftop view, and a very comfortable room. Concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent location to explore Athens from, and you must visit the Alchemist cafe for their amazing pastries which is just a short walk away.

Strategic location, 10-15 mins walk to the acropolis museum and Parthenon entrance. Many good eateries nearby, and it’s also around Plaka area. Good location, affordable price.

Great location, 5 minute walk to the Acropolis and 10 minutes to Plaka. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and welcoming, and surprisingly, the rooms were very quiet - likely because the hotel wasn't fully booked. Would recommend to anyone visiting Athens.

We had an incredible stay at Acropolis Magenta Luxury Suites! The staff was extremely attentive and made our check-in extra special by surprising us with champagne for my girlfriend’s birthday. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and everything was spotless. The service was outstanding, and the amenities were top-notch. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway
