Nice hotel, good service. The people working are very nice. There’s nice restaurants around.

Place was in quite a bad part of Athens according to Uber drivers. Not much amenities around but for the price paid. I think it is still good. All staffs were super friendly and helpful. Only think that I did not really understand was why drinking water were only given on the 1st day and not for subsequent stay. Uber will most of the time pick you up from Novotel which is opposite the hotel.

The location is convenient, have stores near-by. Just need to be careful when you walk alone. Very friendly staff, explained all the rules clearly :)

The room is clean and equipped with slippers. The elevator is small and can only carry 1-2 people at a time, which is also a novel experience. A standard domestic 3-star hotel. If you are traveling for 1-2 days and looking for cost-effectiveness, you can choose this hotel.

It is a very suitable choice for our family of four. Novotel is 10 meters away! There are four small supermarkets within 50 meters of the hotel, which can basically meet the cooking needs!

Good hotel overall. Very clean, spacious, not noisy and staff speaking French and English if needed and good advice. Low tourist tax. Supermarket nearby. 10 minutes from the metro. The area is not safe however. Alcohol then ***** with syringes and people intoxicated at night especially outside. Fortunately there are lights in the city center.

It's a clean hotel, and the air conditioning works well. The hotel staff is friendly. However, the elevator is the worst (old European style elevator, no up/down buttons, only floor buttons, all elevator doors are exposed) They demanded an additional fee for the remaining one person, saying that only one person was booked when two people were sleeping in a two-person room. (I was able to resolve this through Trip.com customer service.) When I asked the hotel to call a taxi, they demanded an additional 3 euro tip on top of the initial fare. I think it's split between the taxi driver and the hotel. The hotel staff speaks English, but their pronunciation is bad, so I don't understand them well. (They pronounce person as "patience") I slept well at a relatively cheap price, but it was a very unpleasant hotel because they demanded a lot of money strangely. Korean tourists are advised to stay at the Novotel next door or a hotel in the Plaka district, even if it costs extra. The subway station is close, but it's not easy to get there, and the taxi fare from Athens Comfort to Plaka is about 5-6 euro.

The room is relatively spacious and the location is good

The room is fully equipped and you can cook after purchasing ingredients from the supermarket. The veteran staff at the front desk was very enthusiastic: when we communicated on the phone before check-in, he cheerfully announced my name, which made me feel at home!

The service attitude of the clerk is very good, and the room is clean and tidy; breakfast is paid separately for 8 euros per person, and the style is relatively small, but it can meet the basic requirements; the balcony dries clothes quickly, and there is no pole for drying clothes; there are kitchen utensils for cooking by yourself; upon arrival The old city is about 20 minutes on foot, and about 5 euros by taxi.
