The room was better than expected. The location is very close to the subway.
The room is not big but fully equipped, very new and clean
The hotel's services and airbnb prices are even cheaper than Airbnb. The surrounding environment is also good and relatively safe.

Brand new hotel with spacious rooms and well-equipped kitchenette. Shower and beds are fantastic. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Short distance to Omonia square and a few minutes to the Acropolis and centre of Athens. Would recommend for both short and longer stays.

My family and I stayed for a week and will definitely be back again! The hotel is perfectly located - walkable to all the key sites in Athens, or a short walk to Omonia station if you want to get there quick. The rooms are very clean and have a well stocked kitchen (plates, cutlery, pans, pots, kettle, coffee machine, microwave) and the beds are very comfy with high quality bedding - including the sofa bed which I was on for the week and I slept so well every night! The staff are also very friendly and ready to help (e.g. with restaurant reservations, taxi bookings or sightseeing recommendations etc). My first stay here but definitely not my last - I highly recommend Ermass!

Stayed for three nights in November. The staff were all absolutely wonderful. So friendly and welcoming and couldn’t have been nicer. It was so so lovely and everyone was just lovely that worked there. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. We loved it. It was the perfect size and very quiet. We walked everywhere and it’s only 30 mins to the top of Acropolis hill. Everything is close by. We were told only ever walk right out of the hotel not left which we did, we had no trouble it felt perfectly safe to walk that way and there were always lots of people around. There is a supermarket close by and some lovely restaurants and bakeries for breakfast. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. One of the nicest places in a city we’ve stayed for staff and the apartment being so new and clean.

The best hotel experience in Athens.Brand new hotel in the heart of the city (Omonia). Staff always ready to assist you with everything and rooms outstanding. Very important that tube is 5 minutes walk and easy to reach. i'll come back and recommend this place to my clients for sure.
