It's a pity that the room allocated to us just faces the Cigar Lounge downstairs, and the thick smoke smell has also soaked into the private bedding in the room over the years. We couldn't stand it. We called the front desk and only sent a lady to the scene , She returned as soon as she understood the situation. We waited quietly for no further information, and then called the front desk an hour later to ask for a room change. Then another person said why you didn't tell us, that person was just a cleaning lady. We really don't know who she is, we just know that she was sent to solve the problem, but after waiting for an hour, the front desk didn't send anyone again, so we had to contact Ctrip. Ten minutes later, the front desk called to agree to upgrade the room. In addition, the air in the new room with street view is fresh, but the sound insulation is not good, and the sound of cars is noisy all night.
