The number one is the high level of service by the kindly lady in charge. Not only she was helpful on our arrival but also advising us to book on time our Uber due to an upcoming taxi strike (seems it’s a frequent problem). Close to the metro station and easy ride to most of the places of interests. Around, some cheap eateries and shops. Again kudos to the local staff.

Only 3 minutes walk to subway station. The room is spatial and clean, with all the amenities that you can image.

Location was excellent, 2 min from metro station, one direct metro (M3) from airport, no need to transfer. Good selection of food nearby.  Unit was clean overall but coffee machine & pots were not clean thoroughly, so just watch out & be prepared to clean on your own before using, or perhaps bring it to the host attention.  Front Reception available from 3-9pm, host responds within minutes if there’s any questions  by email

Very good for its price. I wasn't able to stay a long time because of limited travel plans but I wish I could.

This is a very comfortable hotel to stay in. In summary: the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the facilities are good, the service and the surrounding area are good. First of all, the location is near the Kerameikos Station on Metro Line 3 (from Athens Airport to the cruise terminal), more than 100 meters from the subway station, and it is really a two-minute walk. From the subway station to Constitution Square, two stops, to the Acropolis, and to the Archaeological Museum, four stops. See Figure 4 Secondly, the facilities inside, we stayed in a small suite (Room 401). There is a small living room at the entrance, with a sofa (one person can sleep) and a coffee table. There is an induction cooker and a full set of tableware (you can cook by yourself, there are pots and pans, and there are quite a lot of them), and a sink for cooking. We asked the front desk for a microwave, which we used several times to heat milk and local cakes. We used these to cook noodles several times. There is a huge balcony outside the living room (see Figure 6), where you can enjoy the cool at night. Our balcony can see part of the Acropolis, both during the day and at night. See Figure 7 On one side of the living room is the bedroom, with a double bed, which is large enough. There is a safe in the wardrobe, which can store passports and banknotes. See Figure 2 and 3 On the other side of the living room is the bathroom, which is also of decent size. The bathroom has a glass sliding door, which achieves dry and wet separation. See Figure 1 Finally, let's talk about the service. When we checked in, there was no one to check in by ourselves. We arrived late (around 10 o'clock in the evening), and there was no one at the front desk at that time. On the day of check-in, the hotel emailed us the access code of the building and the code for the key box (located on the wall opposite the front desk). We successfully entered the building, got the door card, and checked into the room. The whole process was very smooth. The hotel does not change the supplies every day. If you need them, you can tell the front desk to change them. We stayed for four days. When we first entered, it was clean and tidy. In the middle, they cleaned it once. It was a little not very thorough, but it was not a big problem. There were two bottles of water. The front desk said that they could give it if it was not enough. There are many restaurants around the subway station after leaving the hotel. We ate at the two closest ones. One is called cartone, which is Italian food. The taste and environment are good and the price is a little expensive; the other is called my plate, which is a local barbecue. The barbecue with small cakes is quite good and the price is cheap. There are many diners in these two restaurants. There is a local concert hall near the hotel, and we encountered a concert; the music in the nearby restaurants is quite loud on weekends. Fortunately, the sound insulation of the doors and windows is good, and the sound is much quieter after closing them. The hotel elevator is very small and can only accommodate two people. See Figure 5 One more thing, we booked it on Ctrip. Before checking in, the Ctrip customer service butler helped us communicate a lot with the hotel (our English is not good), and we are very satisfied with the butler's service. The reason why I wrote so much is that we were really comfortable and felt good during our four-day stay, so I wrote down our real experience.

Wonderful, bright, and cozy apartment, close to the city center. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Everything is new and clean! There's also a cozy balcony!

There are bars around, and it's super noisy at night. There are many restaurants downstairs, and everything else is OK

The overall environment of the store is very good, the lighting is also good, 📷 it is quite suitable for taking pictures. I sent a message saying that I wanted a microwave oven, and it was delivered immediately, which is very thoughtful

Clean, hygienic, welcoming, good location, very close to the subway station. The facilities are well equipped. There are front desk services and waiters, the waiters are warm and beautiful, and there are staff dedicated to contacting guests. It is a very professional hotel apartment.

This is a homestay, which is really a pleasant surprise. The room we booked has two bedrooms, two balconies, a living room, a kitchen, refrigerator and tableware. It is very clean and the facilities are also new. You need to use the password given by the boss to enter the whole building, and swipe the card to enter your own two bedrooms and one living room. The whole building has four floors, and each floor seems to have 2 rooms. There is a restaurant very close to the downstairs, and the subway station is also very close. In short, it is highly recommended. Next time I come to Athens, I will choose this one again if I have the chance.

Overall feeling is OK

Hotel very well located and close to the central areas of Athens, notably Monastiraki. The apartment itself is well equipped, with a simple view of the city from a small balcony. It is equipped with a full kitchen, a large bathroom and large beds (with very comfortable bedding). The only downside was our arrival at the hotel, because no one was physically present to welcome us (receipt of keys is done through small code boxes). Our interlocutors had difficulty speaking English and making themselves understood.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Athenian Spirit ! 🥰 L’emplacement est vraiment parfait : la station de métro se trouve à seulement 2 minutes à pied et permet de rejoindre directement l’aéroport en une quarantaine de minutes. Depuis l’hôtel, il n’y a qu’un seul arrêt pour rejoindre Monastiraki, deux arrêts pour Syntagma, et l’Acropole est accessible en une dizaine de minutes. C’est vraiment idéal pour visiter Athènes facilement !!! La dame blonde qui nous a accueillis était absolument adorable. Elle était toujours souriante, attentionnée et nous demandait régulièrement si tout allait bien et si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis très bien accueillis !! ❤️ Le logement était très agréable, propre et disposait de tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour. La seule petite suggestion que je pourrais faire serait d’ajouter un micro-ondes dans la kitchenette, ce qui serait vraiment pratique. À part ce petit détail, tout était parfait et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir séjourner à Athenian Spirit lors d’un prochain voyage à Athènes. Je recommande sans hésiter ! ✨
