Hotel representative referred us to a nearby restaurant for delivery (Metro Diner) and we never received our food, we were left with an $82 bill for food we never received & the hotel could only apologize. Hotel parking is hectic, parking availability is limited. Hotel room should’ve came with a microwave.

I stay in a lot of hotels…mostly Marriott. This hotel does not meet the Marriott standard. We checked in late from flying all day and almost left and found somewhere else, but decided to stay because we were so tired. I asked the receptionist to give us a quiet room, he kept saying he would and it would be a high floor. The room was on floor 5 (not high), right in front of elevators. They had a family reunion and a conference going on and at 11 pm it was so loud! The room never got cool, and the bed was awful! Like I said before, I mostly stay in Marriott’s and typically love the mattress’s but this was not Marriotts normal mattress. It also looked like it had been updated but whoever did this remodel did shotty work.

Really great hotel. Nice staff, big open entry and lobby. The Westin definitely didn’t forget to give everyone their own space, secure parking lot. Very clean look and feel. I could see Queen and King business towers and had a beautiful lake view from my room on the 11th floor. Overall, i can be sure that I’ll stay here again!!

Worst hotel customer experience I've ever had. I need to book a hotel room for a family member who was traveling in an emergency situation. I called Hilton reservation line, and they assured me that it would be no problem for her to check in because I added her to the reservation, prepaid the room, and could complete a form to cover any incidental charges. Jermaine at the front desk was extremely rude to her when she went to check in. I called him and said that she was trying to check in, and he again said that he would not be letting her check in and I could call the reservation line and ask for their help. He then cancelled my prepaid reservation on the spot without telling me and would not answer the telephone when I asked the service representative on the Hilton reservation line to call him and resolve the issue. When I tried to call him back directly to clarify, he told me that he was not going to let her check in, and that he didn't need to explain anything to me, and that he was going to hang up on me (which he did). I don't think I've ever been told that I was going to be hung up on by a customer service provider. I still don't know why this happened, and the Hilton customer service person I spoke to on the reservation line confirmed that the situation did not make any sense. To top it all off, I was told that I would still be paying for the reservation, even though it had been cancelled, because it was prepaid. I tried to book this hotel to make a difficult situation for a close family member a little better. Instead she was treated terribly, sat in the parking lot of a hotel in an unfamiliar city for an hour while I tried to sort it out, and ultimately left exhausted, with no room. Hilton and specifically Jermaine, made a bad situation much worse. Anyone considering a booking at this or any other Hilton property should give my experience some thought first.

Evening check in was delightful! Room was very clean! Bed was SO comfy! Check out was less-than. Front desk associate had zero personality and wore a hoodie (not a Hilton brand and did not look like an employee). Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was even better! I'd stay here again! Side note - I stayed at a TRU in Macon two nights later so I compared this stay with the later stay. This was a much better TRU than the one in Macon.

We were extremely happy with our stay. We were passing through on our way to Florida. The hotel is a fantastic spot to rest after a long drive. Rooms were large and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there is a ton of stuff to do around the area. We were very happy with the receptionist who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and checked us in very quickly. We will 100% stay again.

GGuest UserOur stay was very comfortable, the hotel is absolutely beautiful! The service was ok, as some of the staff were not very welcoming. Those standing at the door (the first face visitors see) stand in a staunch, serious manner, and do not even offer a greeting, smile, nod, nothing. You are not even acknowledged. I guess it depends on who you are. The front desk workers were always pleasant and attended to questions/ requests with a smile. My family and I enjoyed the food at the Nest restaurant, as we ate there several times during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed Signia by Hilton. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was being made to feel that we were not welcomed.
GGuest UserI am a Marriott Platinum Elite member and have been loyal to Marriott for 7 years. I’ve stayed at Marriott chains all over the country & this location has the worst customer service & staff by FAR. First of all the security for the hotel attempted to hit on me during our first interaction but I kindly turned him down bc I am married. Very unprofessional when you’re at work! Secondly upon checking in the room, there were stains on the curtains, couch and a cigarette burn hole on the bar stool. No seats for the balcony or any privacy on the balcony. The kitchen could’ve been cleaner & the sheets on the bed were not the correct size, there was a mattress cover but no fitted sheet. We didn’t even complain! The real issue came when we were woken up at 8:30am by security BANGING on the door like the Swat team. He literally woke me and my daughter up and was at the door telling my husband that we were smoking and that he could smell it and that we needed to leave the property and would be charged a $500 fine! I immediately told him that we were not smoking and that we smell smoke too and my husband had an incense burning to block the smoke smell from getting to my daughter. We are not tattle tells so we did not care to call downstairs to make it an issue, it was easier to light the incense. We literally travel with these incense bc sometimes there are pet or smoke smells at some of these hotels. The security guard seemed to not care about what I was telling him so I told him not to come back to my room without a manager. He came back twice WITHOUT the manager, said the manager was unavailable and brought a luggage cart telling us we needed to leave or he was going to call the police! I told him to call them bc I was not leaving without a refund. He kept lying to his manager on the phone saying that we were refusing to leave but not telling him what I was saying which was COME BACK WITH YOUR MANAGER. The security guy was extremely rude & aggressive and needs to be FIRED. The manager FINALLY came up to the room 20 min later smh and when he did I offered him to come inside and smell or take a look bc we had nothing to hide. He said he could smell smoke but not tell what it was and I informed him we had an incense burning. He asked us to put it out and said that we couldn’t burn incense or light candles at this hotel. That was my first time hearing a no incense or candle burning policy from Marriott. He told us we were fine and to enjoy the rest of our stay without even addressing the rude behavior from security. I told him we would be checking out immediately and calling Marriott customer service for a full refund for being woken up and harassed. I called customer service as I was checking out to file a complaint and ask for assistance with getting a refund. Well here it is a week later and the hotel STILL hasn’t given me a refund or returned my deposit! Customer service team said the manager said he would not be returning my funds so I’ve escalated it to
GGuest UserI stayed at the Renaissance Concourse for one evening given that I had an international connection the next day. The positive things I can say are that the staff are lovely and it’s an excellent hotel for plane spotting. In particular, the staff were cheerful and helpful and it was fun to watch planes land from my balcony, especially when I was dealing with jet lag. The room, however, was horrid. One of the bedside lamps didn’t work, one of the phones didn’t work, the closet wood was quite chipped, and there was a random white container on a table containing two empty clear bags. The cushions for the seat were standing up and not sitting flat - I have no idea why but I decided not to use that chair. The toilet flusher had a weird green residue on it (see picture), the bathroom lights were mismatched, and the travel-size body lotion was only half full and had already been used. The biggest fright was when I opened the closet this morning looking for the hair dryer and noticed extensive mold from a leak (see picture). Talk about a health hazard. I couldn’t wait to get out of this room and left for the airport early.
GGuest UserWe spent 8 days in the hotel and it was wonderful. There is so much to do for everyone, in walking distance. The Aquarium, centennial park, civil rights museum, coca cola museum, restaurants and shopping. Its the best hotel breakfast Ive had in years. The hotel is clean and the staff is amazing. Ms. Ruby has the best hospitality I've seen. She knows you by name and always checks in to make sureyou have what you need. Ms Rhonda and Ms. Shamon do an awesome job with breakfast. The security guards and vallet are very friendly and attentive. The only downfall was slightly low water pressure in the bathrooms. Excellent overall experience and I would stay here again.
GGuest UserVery nice newer hotel. Service was ok. Security arrived quickly to reset the safe, though the maintenance staff couldn't fix my dripping shower faucet. They showed up right away, misdiagnosed the problem and said it would stop over time. It didn't. When I notified the front desk the next morning, they assured me that maintenance would be there to fix it. They never showed up again. Three days of hearing a dripping shower faucet...
Oh yeah, and don't get a room on the second floor near the fitness center. Gyms bros too weak to properly put down dumbbells. *****s letting them drop and thus rattling everything on the floor at all hours of the day and night.
GGuest UserThis Hotel is in a great Location. The front desk staff are meh. Not very friendly. The Breakfast is pitiful, sausage sitting in a pan full of grease, I know sausage is greasy, but I’ve never seen it served sitting in a pan full of greased. So not appetizing at all. The first day the French toast sticks were stuck together and half cooked. Fruit bowl never refilled. Charging $15 for that is insane!! I will say the Breakfast attendants are sweet and helpful. The parking is ridiculous, I have to pay $45 per day for an attendant to go park my car 50 feet away. That’s just taking advantage of people. I should be able to park my own car instead of being rushed out of my car trying to grab all my things, shopping bags, etc. Hallways are very loud throughout the night. Ghetto guests allowed to say the worst cuss words and talk any way they want to loudly in front of other guests and Children. I finally had to say something to this one girl. This is a family friendly Hotel as the Aquarium, Coke Museum, Centennial Park are all located within walking distance. Hotel staff shouldn’t let crap like this happen or continue. Good luck if you need towels, an extra blanket, or whatever, Housekeeping doesnt clean or replenish anything and that was on my third day. You have to call and ask for it, but the phone doesn’t work in the room and I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. I had to go get it myself and the guy couldn’t get into the linen closet cause someone locked the door and they didn’t have a key. He had to go to an open room and get it from there, SMH. I paid over $200 a night to stay here and I’m very disappointed. Won’t be back. Will go stay at the overpriced, outdated, Westin instead and pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to where we got to go.
RRonald BI arrived at Sonesta later in the evening after searching for a location that met my primary goals of being safe, proximity of the stores and services immediately surrouning it, and customer service of the staff because it always carries over into the cleanliness of the facility. The young lady working the desk (Shae) was very helpful and made my check-in process a breeze, she provided me her best reccomendations and infomration on the food locations immediately around the location, offered my options on floor of my choice for my room selection and even provided me information on the events within the city that night and the rest of the weekend, she alone made staying here feel safe and like home which refreshing and a comfort when travelling alone as I was. The beds were super comfortable and the oversized lounging couch that folds out into a sofa-bed gave me an in-suite feel though it was just a standard hotel room. The locations is right next to the interstate and in great proximity to the major attractions (world of coke, aquarium, NFL/MLS stadium and more) thank you Shae and Sonesta for a great stay!
邓邓Close to the airport, the surrounding is relatively deserted, there is a restaurant on the upstairs. The food tastes good. You can also sit in paradise and enjoy the plane taking off and landing. The environment is good, but the bills are always unclear and always overcharged. There is a Vietnamese restaurant driving around for 3 minutes, and the price is good and affordable. The room is large and the facilities are basically complete. However, for two consecutive nights, people knocked on the door inexplicably. It is not clear who it is, and it is impossible to open the door.
GGuest UserFunny enough I'm still here at the hotel but I have to say damn! The hallway floors are dirty, the room has random hairs that aren't ours in the tub and bathroom floor. The window has handprints all over it and the outside grounds are in poor shape. The courtyard looks like where the killer lives. They need security because at night and even during the day there's unsavory characters roaming about. Also there's no access to drinking water, no fountain or filtered dispensers. The vending machine that is working has water and it's 2.50 a bottle. The juice and water machine is only available during breakfast then you're on your own. I've been passing the same pieces of trash on our hallway floor and as much as I've wanted to pick it up, on GP I can't because I'm just waiting to see if it'll still be there when I'm leaving tomorrow. Everything is out of order, vending machines, elevators, lobby women's bathroom etc. I chose this hotel because of parking, breakfast and access to downtown so I guess that was all I should be expecting. Lesson learned, sometimes you just have to spend more. Special shout out to Shay and Cambria at the front desk for being pleasant but yeah this is a no go for the future.
