Motel 6 Atlanta, GA - Downtown

This hotel is very very bad, please don’t stay. Room has many cockroaches, and very old and smelly. The front desk people tried to cheat us deposit 100USD per room. Thank Ctip agent for helping us,Ctip gave our deposit back and they would ask from hotel later.

They are also charging a $15.00 parking fee that they have not charged in the passed,, although they say that the parking fee in place for five years, they have not. The elevator did not work, and they put most people on the top floor. The room was cold and the remote did not work. They also went in and cleaned my room before I checked out, when I came back at 11 to check out they had rented it to the lady ahead of me in line for the night. The bathtub was dirty

Good hotel, in a very nice position and staffs are helpful. Room was very clean and well equiped. They got everything u need in the room.

Had a great stay in Atlanta, central location and nice staff.

I only stayed here because I came to Atlanta for one night to attend a FIFA World Cup match, and this was one of the few hotels available downtown. It was an awful experience. I felt completely ripped off for what they charged. The property is old, dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like what the price would suggest. Calling it a dump would honestly be generous. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

i didn’t mind the check in at all, the less i have to speak to an actual person face to face the better. what i didn’t like was the shower was not clean and still had hair in the previous stay other than that the room was clean. however the $50 fee they charge you was not given back to me after my stay, it was kept. i will not be staying at this location again bc of the cleanliness and the fee.

We were disappointed with our stay. We were surprised to have to pay $15 a night for parking after already paying to stay at the hotel. When selecting the room, we selected for breakfast to be included. Breakfast was not offered either morning. The elevator was frightening. Pretty sure it needs to be inspected. We were on the floor with an ice machine but no vending machine(3rd floor). The closest vending machine was on the second floor and the only choices were coke(we got the only one available), sprite, water(maybe), and Red Bull for $3 each. Other than the cleaning staff, we had no interaction with a human until check out. We did not like the virtual front desk receptionist. He was very hard to understand.
