The check in process was slow and there always was a line at reception. Elevators are also incredibly slow and have long lines.
The towels in the room had holes in them and one was actually dirty / stained.
The location is the saving grace of the hotel.

No hair dryer, no iron, lights in bathroom sink area not working. Old, musty smell. Needs to be updated and cleaned up!!! They ask how your room is, you tell them and NOTHING is done about it.

This hotel was exceptionally difficult to locate. Furthermore, they do not provide complimentary parking; the paid lot is also situated far from the hotel building.
I encountered significant issues with their payment system. They do not accept cash for parking, and during check-in, my credit card was charged a deposit with the assurance of a refund within 24 hours of checkout. It has now been 72 hours since I departed, and the refund has not been processed. My attempts to resolve this via email have been ignored, as I have received no response.

Slept in sweat because the AC would. It come on. Called the front desk multiple times and they hung up on me. They were very rude!

It’s a cute place, but the hotel left us with a lot of confusion because they said they had some things, like free parking, but it wasn’t. It was actually $36 per day. The room didn’t have a fridge either
