My check-in time was 3:00 PM. When I arrived, I was told there were no rooms available and that I should come back in 30 minutes. When I returned, the staff informed me that my reserved King Studio was no longer available and offered me a Queen room instead. They assured me that after I returned from my match, they would move me to the King Studio. However, when we came back around 10:00 PM, they told us that no King Studio was available and that we had to stay in the Queen room. This was very disappointing because I specifically booked a King Studio. The Queen bed was not suitable for me and my partner. In addition, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The windows were extremely dirty and had mold on them. The ceiling was leaking, the bed sheets did not appear to be clean, and the refrigerator made loud noises throughout the night, making it impossible for us to sleep. I have a video recording of the refrigerator noise and can provide it if needed. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I expected much better based on the room I had reserved.

The room was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities. It was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Booked very last minute. For the price it was perfect for me. The hotel reception was great but the room was a little tired but nothing major. It was clean so that’s the main thing.

Check in desk was awesome. Very friendly and efficient. Parking was horrendous. Paying to park after you spent money to stay was ridiculous. Room was ok. Beds comfy. Shower curtain was moldy and bathtub didn't drain. Stood in water up to my ankles. Restaurant and coffee shop didn't open on time. Breakfast cost 23 bucks a person and 20 for just pastries. If you don't mind paying all the extras expenses on top of the hotel room price not bad. But most likely won't be staying again. Especially with my family.

Perfect for the solo traveller - clean, tidy and no frills. Just what you need for a couple of nights in Atlanta, nothing fancy. Cool neighbourhood too. Would recommend!

No Wi-Fi. My concerns were ignored after speaking with the hotel staff. I couldn't get any work done online at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for business travelers.
