The hotel was clean and it was within walking distance to Colony Square and the Arts museum. Breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly.

The hotels in a perfect location. It was very clean. The room was spacious. We would definitely stay here again. Well worth the price of admission.

The property was convenient to our needs and the staff was polite competent and helpful. The only two things that lowered my rating were some serious problems with our plumbing- brought on by building renovations and the quality of the advertised breakfast.

I typically do not give poor reviews but this was the worse hotel we have ever stayed in. There was no hot water and they tried to tell us there was a hot water issue with the City of Atlanta. The elevators were stuck on floors and they sent no one to repair them. The rooms are old and not very clean and then there was the parking. They told us $18 per day but they did not mention that after 6 am no matter what time you get to the hotel it resets to another $18 so we paid $36 for one half day of parking. This hotel is terrible.

This is our preferred hotel when visiting Atlanta.
Great location and customer service.
But would like to recommend to check the televisons in the rooms. The last 2 visits we had to relocate rooms because the TVs werent working.

For $250 and no basic cable was insane. Room was facing a wall. Hotel was outdated and ran down as well; definitely not worth the price. Probably wouldn’t stay again unless it’s a last resort.

Weekend Family Stay
Location is great, staff were great, parking was convenient, breakfast had a lot of options, willl definitely stay again. No complaints at all.
